7-Eleven, Washington DC

Most of the staff are friendly. They seem to always be cleaning something when I come in. It’s in a safe location. In A convenient spot too. I like the $8 whole pizza, which for this kind of store is really actually decent.

Did a Grubhub order and it was missing items, plus the taco that I got was no good, poorly ran Larado Taco Company, corporate should come and help them give a quality product…

The store itself is great and usually is fully stocked. The
employees are always friendly, helpful and quick to assist. I don't however like the front door action and outside curb appeal.aka beggars/solicitors. Maybe apply within? No really! Anyway, otherwise great!

Placed an order on ActiveMenus, for several drinks, as I was in a hotel with no ice machine nor water fountains, and it was late so no room service. 7-Eleven had all the drinks I was looking for, for myself and my roomie at the hotel to have a great movie night! Everything was cold still and nothing was damaged. The delivery driver was fast and polite! Wonderful experience and all the drinks were perfect!

This place is getting dirtier and dirtier! Coffee machine stopped working.error message: please clean your machine! Time to change to other 7 eleven stores!

I was working in this store around 3 weeks and quit because of meneger. Doesn't know how to talk to employees. Rude and disrespect. Always treats and lies.discriminating by race. I already had stress because 90% coustumers always for no any reason attack and being rude but when your meneger also same that's too much. I have 4 years experience and know all my job but she paid me less then even people who I training no make any sense. More than that I ask how often payments she said every week so I was 3 weeks working no money when I ask.oh sorry I did some mistake this week you will get money and then next week. Always some trouble. I have to eat.pay bils and be able get to work but no one cares about it. Last thing was when coustumer attacked me and I got panic attack I ask can I take 5 min break I can't stay on register she said ok. In 3 min I come back and as always she start embrace me front of coustumers saying you idiot I need people who work with no break. I now my rights I can every 4-5 hours take break but I never did that only when I'm really get tired. This is HELL.the owner should sometimes training meneger. And no disrespect I was just one white person and I can see how she discriminating me because of that. I really try do my best and work hard even come to work 2hours before my shift started just to clean and make store presentable before people start coming in. Grill always dirty.allot trash.no one cares.this is wild place i ever work. Wheb this store just opened I use to work there 3 years ago that time meneger was so nice and professional never talk in the store with employees if he wanna say something always said come to office I have to talk. This meneger acting like not professional. You can't be rude. Call names front of coustumers.

Store has sticky floors and often cardboard on the floor for some type of spill or leakage. It's the closest 1 to Gallery place metro station.

That manager name soufiane is very rude he doesn't know how to talk to customer with respect. Please get rid of him.other than that it's a great spot always clean and have fresh hot food.

5 stars for stellar service from the person at the taco bar yesterday. I asked a million silly questions and he was so patient and kind. No fake bubbles, just casual genuine helpfulness. That actually made my afternoon. Didn't expect this at a 7-eleven. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. How you gonna have a bathroom for employees but the one for customers is out of service?

Went a little after midnight to get a snack. It was closed. Says it’s open 24 hours. That’s not true. A clerk was sitting down doing nothing inside but not allowing customers inside
