My eldest daughter came in today for a contact lens exam and we were welcomed by Toad (the cutest dog ever) with a hug. She was very nervous but the staff were so kind and guided her with great patience and care. They gave her plenty of time to learn how to put on and take off her contacts and she gained confidence after trying it on with the staff’s encouragement. Everyone here is really friendly. I had some minor hiccup and misunderstanding related to my insurance but it was resolved quickly.

Bonus: Evan gave my youngest daughter a treat to feed Toad and she had a blast!

Great customer service! Helped with both contacts and glasses and went above and beyond to help me find a new pair of glasses that were comfortable. Evan is truly a pleasure to work with!
