Addie Loves Soul reviews
18The guy who opens up needs to learn how to add and subtract he's horrible figuring out prices but the food is great
Absolutely LOVE everything about this place! The food is amazing! Even the music was awesome! I was only visiting on vacation but if I lived there O would be a regular!
This is our go-to take out place! Everyone is super friendly! Never a long wait, and the food is delicious. My favorites are the salmon cakes and meatloaf. My husband loves the ribs and turkey wings. But you can't go wrong with anything here!
Maybe I ordered breakfast on the wrong morning but this food was horrible. I wasted $24 for food that went in the trash.
The best soul food in the city! And that cornbread… LORD! If you haven’t been here, what you waiting for?
I was given attention soon as I walked in the door with assistance with ordering food, food was so good reminded me of Sunday dinner at grandmas house. Not a one time visit restaurant trust me
All I can say is there is nothing left on your plate after you leave here. The owner prepared breakfast and lunch for our leadership program. Can I tell you it was SCRUMPTIOUS Mac and cheese, turkey greens, fried chicken to perfection and sweet potatoes that melt your mouth like grandmas. I’ve been coming for four years now and I’m not going to stop. Also I don’t have a picture because I ate it all! ’ Try it for yourself take my word.
I went on a rant earlier about the wait time.in which I still stand behind.due to my being a call in customer and will still wait a few minutes before leaving out.but let me add that knowing all this I still find myself eating there twice a week. THE FOOD IS THAT GOOD.just have the food close to ready when I arrive.thank you.
The food is great but the wait time is awful. I call my order in. I live 15 minutes away and I have to routinely wait 15 to 30 minutes each time.today I discovered the food has to be thawed out upon my arrival.smh
The liver and onions are amazingly good! The liver is so tender that it feels like butter baby! Wow, I couldn't believe how good it was, because everyone can't cook liver, and that's fine, because Addie does!:) I will definitely come back here to eat.
First time visit leaving work had to cook dinner near the house stop and order crocker Plata with greens & mashed potatoes for my husband and a salad with side of potatoe salad let me tell you it was the right place. Cashier Donesha was very polite and courteousfood delicious
Fish was chewy and overcooked, mac n cheese was okay.best thing was the cornbread.alot of those good reviews are old or more than likely family and friends, So beware.
I haven’t been yet. However I don’t doubt that the food is good. Everything my cousin puts her hands on she blesses. Love you cousin B!
Addie’s is a great little place for takeout. Delicious soul food, the mac n cheese was perfect & anything BBQ is yummy!
I arrived for breakfast this morning and decided to take my coworkers as well with me and the food was EVERYTHING! If you are looking for a place with amazing fresh food check out Addie Loves you will not be disappointed I promise.
Food was very good. The staff were all very friendly and although it was hot inside because I don't think they have AC I enjoyed myself.
