Adventure Dental & Orthodontics reviews
18They are awful, unorganized, unprofessional had four appointment with this circus on Georgia if it's not canceled it's alway something my child goes for an orthodontist appointment they always say we have her done for a cleaning, they are defrauding the government charge them for services that wasn't done. Oh that star is not for Georgia ave, it's for Landover hills. Georgia Ave (O).
The dental and orthodontics service is great, the staff is decent. The only downside to this office is that it is usually crowded and there's always a wait.
The staff seem to not know how to do their job. They're always rude, we will never come here again. I wish I could leave a negative star. They don't deserve the one star.
Staff is always professional, helpful and want the best for your teeth. Thanks Adventure Geo/Ave
Staff are the most professional people I have ever encountered very inviting and caring most of all understanding…. Keep up the great work/service
We started going to them about 3 yrs ago and so far we’ve loved it. They’re close to our home so the convenience can’t be beat. They are also quite pleasant when we’re there. They sent texts and emails to remind you about your appointment, which I appreciate.
Well today is the only day my had daughter a bad experience she did not like the service and the attitude of her orthodontist
It’s always a bit of a wait but dealing with all the Covid restrictions, I understand. Sharon on the ortho side is the best. She makes me feel comfortable every-time I’m in her chair. If we’re not talking about my bad habits of forgetting to floss ️ then we’re talking about our lovely families. The ortho doctor is also a joy. She’s very comforting and understanding which is always needed when having people work on your mouth. Cool staff.
I love adventure dental! The professionalism and courtesy they show here is great. S/O to Tonyesha, Victoria, Shelly and everyone else on the orthodontist side! All amazing and outstanding people.
This place has the worst staff of Dr’s and techs they are all novice and lacking bedside care and professionalism they were recommending a myofacial surgery for my son’s mouth on the day we were set for consultation they canceled causing my son to wait a month. When th time for out next appointment came they cancelled again.
Today my son had an adjustment done becuase i lack the confidence to trust the “Dr’s” recommendation her attitude was awful i had to “pull teeth” to get her to explain what shes’s suggesting. (Surgery).
I assume the woman dr’ has never had a parent to ask her to elaborate the reasons why she suggests. I feel they push families on when their adjusting routine is ineffective.
Soemthing isnt right here at all. Poor attitudes and morale in this office. Will not be returning. Seeking better.
Great friendly Customer service with Adequate space regarding social distance. We arrived 15 minutes as requested and my daughter was seen on time. This is wonderful Dental office just for kids.
Its a very nice and clean center, the staff is always well mannered and helpful with anything that I need. They are also great with children and have been doing an amazing job with keeping it clean during the pandemic!
Great job Guys
My daughter Kelci and I had a great exprience on 03-31-2021. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. Kelci had braces put on and was very happy with the process. I strongly recommend 3401 Georgia Ave NW Washington DC 20010.
My past experiences at Adventure was a disaster! Even after having appointments and being on time, I noticed people that came in after me. Which was a certain ethnic group, usually friends of the staff, would come say a few words in their language, and next thing I knew, they were called to the back. But I must say, that yesterday’s experience was a lot better then the past. I hope that my future experiences will be like my last visit. I must say that the staff in back were so professional. They were very gentle with my grandchildren and nice to me also. One of the front desk staff has to work on her customer service skills a little bit harder.
It was great! The staff was so nice. I love the way they handled my children as well as the way they communicate.
They were very kind and patient. They explained everything that they were doing to my children accurately. I would strongly recommend this dentist office to everyone.
Poor customer service. I will not go into details on everything that happened but the lady who took my daughter X-rays was talking on her personal device though a small Bluetooth earbud.she was so busy into her phone conversation she’s didn’t even greet my daughter and I. The lady was using her finger to point at everything she wanted my daughter to do. I had to tell the lady to use her words and stop pointing like my daughter a dog. I did not want to gave any stars. I will not be returning to this location. My experience was just bad.
I enjoy my experience with my son for his dental exam and cleaning the georgia ave.location was prompt curteous and went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable and welcome they did a though exam good job!
