I recently called Montrella to schedule an appointment as a new client. She acted completely unenthused and annoyed the entire conversation. After telling her I got her information through my Employee Assistance Program, she asked me how many visits I was allowed to have through the program and demanded to have the reference code before making an appointment. While searching for the code I was given (no more than 10 seconds) she hung up on me. Super unprofessional.
