All American Bakery, Washington DC

This the WORST dispensary in DC. Security is horrible, security with the dreads got mad because I didn’t speak so he wouldn’t let me in because of that. Customer service even worse, the people in the back be on their phones instead of helping even talking on the phone and management is even worse.

GREAT customer service from the front door! They don’t rush you like other places, and they always have a super diverse selection of flowers and high quality vapes. Plus they know what they’re talking about too. My favorite thing is HAPPY HOUR (1-3 & 7-8: 49). You can get straight for the low. Make sure you do the raffle points thing in the front! (You welcome). Parking can be a pain sometimes but other than that, this is the SPOT!

A great place to get some good quality flower the atmosphere is great and so are the staff they also have very good prices

I used to go to this location all the time but the customer service has gone down. Outside of the area, and bad customer service I was over charged for something I didn't order. I specifically order three standard items then watched the customer service agent flat out lie to his supervisor stating that he confirmed i said exotic when that didn't occur. I opted to do an exchange but the several eye rolls and sighs because he would have to do more work left me to eat the extra cost.

Nope! This place is like you need a NDA to come into! Like, I’m not giving you my cell phone and ID.

Goto spot for all “Highly” important items. Best prices in the city and the security officer Armond makes you feel like your back at the crib while waiting to make your purchase. All staff and products 11/10!

My favorite i71 Compliant business in The District. The morning manager has the best customer service I have personally found in a very long time. I sincerely recommend joining the rewards program.

Worst location. Extremely aggressive staff twords people of color. Area not safe. Stay away

Nice and friendly people, protocols in place ensure safe transactions. Great deals and highly recommend going in for their happy hour for the best deals. 10/10 recommend!

This is one of the worst businesses to use to get what you need in DC. They do not specify online that their deals a only apply to delivery, but apparently if you go to the store in person, they do not offer the same deals. So, they tried to charge me double what I would’ve paid for the same items as delivery because I went into the store. (I’ve never been to a store that penalizes customers that come to purchase in person) on top of that, their products are over priced and are not that good/ potent. You can find much better product for better prices at many other places around the city. Never again.

I typically love this place but today the H street location sucked with dirty looking dude with dreads that hadnt brushed his teeth today but had a nerve to have a sassy attitude. I enjoy when James is there! Other than that, no thank you!

Showed up at 8: 55 excited to have made it before they close at 9. The guy inside said that they were closed. Lost a customer forever lol!
