Really great experience! Easy to book and appointment, little wait, clean offices, friendly staff, and helpful doctor. Much better than other nearby urgent cares, definitely recommend!

Dr Fobia and the entire team are amazing. She was extremely attentive and thorough. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in Navy Yard. I’m so happy to have found this place.

Walked out of appointment bc of how poor treatment was.

Started with me arriving at 7: 52 for an 8am appointment (mind you, I have a broken foot and am on crutches) and the receptionist begrudgingly gets up to tell me "well it's not 8am yet and I just got here so. " and proceeds to lock the door leaving me ON CRUTCHES stranded on the sidewalk.

When I do finally see a doctor, 30 minutes after my appointment time, I end up leaving the appointment due to the aggressive and offensive manner of the physician who chided me about my dead mother, aggressively confronted me about being overweight, guilted me for having had a necessary surgery, gaslit me about my foot (which a specialist determined was in fact broken), treated me as if I were hysterical and severely mentally ill because I have a mental health diagnosis, and lectured me on the drug epidemic in the united states because the reason for the appointment was that I needed medication refills.

There are so many other options for care in DC I strongly urge people to consider alternative options. I will never return and I am thankful I had the courage to walk out of the appointment rather than continue to be treated in such a disgusting manner.

Really good service, and quick too! I went here for an urgent care appointment, and now I’m going to switch my primary care provider to them.

Dr. Chioma and Dr. Fobia offered exceptional care and really heard my concerns about my body. My questions were answered and they were very thorough in making sure my body is healthy and strong. Really thankful for Black women Drs!

Dr. Fobia and her team were so lovely and attentive. Truly the best and most efficient urgent care experience I have ever had. Navy Yard is lucky to have them as a new edition to the neighborhood.

Dr. Fobia was thorough and took the time to ask questions and LISTEN. The staff was attentive, polite and helpful. We had to wait a while after checkin, but I’m sure that’s because Dr. Fobia was giving the same level of attention to another client as she gave to us. Highly recommend this urgent care!

This is one of the bright spots for me since moving to DC. I've seen both Dr. Duke and Dr. Fobia, and cannot say enough about the high level of care from each. They are both dedicated and caring.

I made an appointment before going in, had very little wait time. Efficient, well-organised clinic and friendly staff made the process seamless and straightforward.

Dr. Fobia is amazing! She’s thorough, cares, is patient and really takes the amount of time necessary to address all of your needs. Additionally, I have had nothing but positive interactions with all staff there from receptionists to nurses. Definitely recommend!

Had a great experience at this location. I had a virtual appointment and it went smoothly and Dr. Fobia was super helpful. There was a bit of a wait, but that's going to be true at just about any doctor's office, virtual or in person.

When I arrived for my urgent care appointment there was nobody at the reception desk, or in the entire clinic as far as I could tell. I called the clinic while I was in the reception area and nobody answered the call, so I left a voicemail. It’s 9 hours later and I still haven’t gotten any communication from the clinic. I hope everything is okay and that this wasn’t due to a staff emergency or something, but it was a frustrating experience.

I went only to get blood drawn and the technician failed twice in both arms and it hurt and they just told me to go somewhere else while charging me. I will never go back and encourage others to stay away.

I the doctor had great bed side manner, she listened and engaged. I love that she asked me questions and actually answered them without making me feel like I’m an annoying for asking. I feel like i gained a lot

I sat there for over a hour just to be told that they will not see me today. They wasted my time. The young lady who checked me in was awesome though! The doctor who refused to see me as a walk in not so much.

Nurse practitioner Yishen Braden was very efficient. Didn’t have to wait too long, she was very informative and kind. Would highly recommend

0/5 solely to the male doctor that’s so uncomfortable with the female body that he’s turning away women that actually need help. Nobody goes to urgent care for funsies. They go because they need help asap. The only options were 30 mins away and the nearest urgent had 22 people waiting with an active emergency. If he’s on call, then there needs to be woman doctor there as well.
