Ana is an empathic and warm therapist who also knows how to set the boundaries. I was able to observe during a training session how empathic she was during her evaluation process while also being able to gather the data in a timely manner. Ana is generally responsive to clients and is willing to work with them to meet them where they are.
Contacted her more than a month ago. First she said she didn't accept my insurance even though it was listed on her website. I had to contact my insurance company to prove she was in network. Then she agreed to make an appointment for the following week but ended up scheduling us for 3 weeks later. A few days before the appointment, my boyfriend asked to change the appointment date and she sent a message through her company's server (a communication line we had never used before) and told me she can not talk to my boyfriend by law (that's fine) and said, I quote "I am going to go ahead and cancel the appointment". Unprofessional behavior at best. Vindictive at worst. See a different therapist.
