Dr. Nicole Saddic-Thomas has been a spectacularly thorough conscientious and very helpful rheumatologist; However the complete practice has NOT kept up with patient demand over the past two years. The patient portal is very limited- Want to email a Dr, praise or complain, there are only pre-filled topics, no way to know if you are reaching out to the correct department or person for that matter. You cannot get in touch with your Dr.directly; There is only ONE phone number for all of their SEVEN locations, which means you will be sitting on Hold if you need to speak to a person rather than leave a voice mail. I recently switched my health insurance provider, which meant a new specialty pharmacy for my medication. They reached out to ARA over a week ago, twice, and still have not gotten a response. I've now been on hold for 25 minutes.
