What a great place. Fantastic array of ciders. Everything I tasted had their nod to Spanish cider. Ray (sp?) was fantastic.

Visited DC for a few nights and found this place. So glad we came! Vibes were immaculate. Food and drinks were better

This is our favorite place for a date night. Incredible service, especially from Ray in the back bar. A deep selection of cider for a grownup pallette, but with a few sweet ciders for the candy crowd. Deep selection of very good beers. Best GF pizza on the east coast.

My partner and I wandered in on a Thursday night when it wasn't busy. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed, and our pizza was surprisingly very good. We sat in the small outside courtyard, which was nicely heated on a mild January night. We highly enjoyed our experience. 10/10, will be coming back again.

We had our baby shower here and it was perfect. The space is cozy, softly lit, homey. Rae was extremely helpful. The staff working were considerate and quick. My friends loved the hummus, pizza, and cider. Would come back here for a future event.

My husband and I are new to the area and decided to check this gem out. Everything about the space gave high vibrations including our delicious buffalo chicken pizza.

Shout out to Rae (manager) for giving us a tour and for being so king. We can’t wait to dine in with friends while create new memories soon!

Toppings not nearly as generous as the photos look, plus more expensive than any competitors

May be okay if you're white. They made it very clear we were not welcome there and didn't even get to order. Had family in from out of town and wanted to dine out. I was infuriated and also embarrassed. It's not a class issue, some of the servers are just nasty to non- white people and will not serve you and be mean if you ask about the ciders. Someone black that worked there asked to speak as we were leaving. We were hungry and not interested in a discussion or complaining - we were just trying to go out to eat. Super disgusted as this place was a nice neighborhood spot until they defined their ideal clientele in practice.

What I liked most about this place was the atmosphere and the service. Unfortunately, I had to rate them lower because of the pizza. I'm not sure who makes their crust, but it's really good; however, the cheese and toppings are on the lighter side

I will bump up to 4 stars if you give us paper menus. And 5 stars if you banish the QR codes.

The pizza was quite ok, beer was good, service was friedly. Pictures in Google promise a bit more atmosphere outside, we sat in the courtyard with punk music and no view. Maybe we should have chosen to sit inside.
What‘s really annoying is the price policy showing only net prices on the menu card which then adds the tax AND a service fee of 22 (in words: twentytwo) percent. You cannot get out at the end, no hint when you order! That‘s really not a good way to collect loyal customers. And what is this fee for? You order and pay by phone! No work for the personnel! This is really rip off!

High quality unique pizza selection in a cool space. Great staff. Ordering system from your table enables easily split checks and quick service.

Payment system is a bit confusing and complicated. Pizza was good and the waiters were nice, but there are 22% Service fee and the prices are without taxes so they are more expensive in reality. Much much to expensive…

7/10 pizza taste. Interesting locale with good drinks and an ice cream shop adjacent (part of same business?). A bit rustic, but laid-back.

A wonderful atmosphere, especially on those cooler summer nights. Indoor and outdoor seating options. The pizza is really good with a chewy/crispy crust and perfectly blended sauce (I like red sauce). Pairs well the the many ciders they have available. The staff are really friendly too.

Ordered three pizzas - one was overcooked/inedible (mushroom), the buffalo chicken pizza literally had 3 small pieces of chicken, and the third one fell apart when you picked up a slice (pulled pork). Had to ask for plates, water, napkins, and literally anything. I don't mind paying a service fee (22% on the post tax subtotal + an additional 10% of the service charge amount) if you actually get some semblance of service (ordering and payment all done via your phone). One positive is that the ciders were decent.

I had the pleasure of hitting up this spot this past weekend when Anxo was celebrating 5 years.the vibe was EVERYTHING! They had a wonderful DJ (Abe) spinning jazzy, soulful tunes and the staff/team were so amazing that it felt like I was enjoying a pizza and a drink with a close friend! This is a gem, and what adds to the experience is that you can get some of the best ice cream right next door at Everyday Sundae.

We have visited Anxo multiple times and appreciate the establishment in our neighborhood. The 22% service fee/gratuity that is automatically applied to your bill is a bit out of touch. They apply the fee to everything, even if you purchase a bottled cider to take home.

I typically leave 20% plus if service is good, however, I’m not interested in paying 22% for subpar inattentive service. Pay your staff a real wage so you don’t have to rely on these fees. Lately we’ve contemplated going and chose not to visit due to this policy.

Drinks are a bit expensive, but not too far outside of standard DC prices.

Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful service, great cider, cocktails and had a fantastic Laird/Anxo apple jack.
