Chick-fil-A, Washington DC

I ordered breakfast and they didn’t make my order they said it was stuck in the system which ok it happens I guess but the manager didn’t want to work with me or anything I don’t know his name but he wears a glasses, kind of short and is balding not trying to be mean it just what he looks like. But they just told me to cancel it like no sorry or anything most the time I go there and he’s there he is rude, I only come here because it closes to my job but imma start just walk all the way to the Popeyes, surprisingly, they have better service

I’ve done many online orders and this location is by far the worst. It was 10 min to close, ordered and got there right at close and they wouldn’t give me my food. Had to get a refund. All other times I wait 15 + minutes and it’s not even that busy. Go to another location

I’m giving one star in general because I just spent over $80 buying food for me and my coworkers and the order was incomplete when I checked the bag at work. This is the second time I’ve tried to buy food for a large group of people and the orders been wrong. It sucks that I can’t trust the order to be correct when I get it. Plus nobody answers the phone when I call. I’d say next time I’ll check the bag but I’m just going to give Roaming Rooster a try instead this low key ruined my day.

It’s really annoying how this place doesn’t allow you to order pick up online i always have to go in and waste 20 minutes of my 30 min break, i always end up not even eating what i bought, it has low key made me start hating chick fil a period to be honest the roam Rooster near it is way better they cost the same and they offer online ordering

The spicy chicken sandwich is always so damn good but literally, the service is so damn slow. Need more hustle.

The staff was great, very kind.
Food was normal, but not great.
I wish I got the actual real sized pickles on my sandwich. That's the best part.
But I only got one small end-cut pickle the size of a dime. (Sad face)

Lemonade is trash tbh but the team leader Ky is so nice and the staff is great overall great environment they are often busy in the afternoon but still work efficiently
