Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
14Chipotle is my favorite latino food chain. Looooove the burritos. Especially the pork carnitas.
Very poor customer service. I particularly loved when I had to ask the employee to change her gloves after cleaning and before touching my food. #WBB (won't be back).
The worst chipotle in the work it will take 30 to an hour to order they will give you atetud and they always don't have something
Extremely rude and ignorant young lady at the register. I don't normally leave reviews like this but after you pay $50+ for three Chipotle bowls, sides and drinks I think its more than warranted. After politely asking for dressing was notified in a snark tone they didn't have it. When asked if they could place a sign to let customers know in advance was cutoff and told they could not place any signs up. Asked for chips and was told if I wanted them I would have to wait and was asked in a smug manner if I wanted to wait. I really didn't want to get the order but had customized the bowls. Ended up going to another Chipotle just for dressing.
Note to All: Love what you do or do nothing at all! The world is way better off without negative energy!
There is absolutely no signage saying that certain menu items can only be ordered online. Specifically, if you want a quesadilla, you have to order it online even though it’s on the menu. So I waited in line for about half an hour, got to the front, and then was told I had to go order online.
So then I waited another half hour for that online order.
If that’s your policy then that’s your policy, but you should post a sign saying that instead of wasting peoples’ time.
Standard Chipotle food was quite good no problem. The room was freezing cold 44゚ outside not a whole lot higher inside. Steel tables free, ing. The bathrooms are locked and you need a code and when they give it.don't tell which, staff or public.
I don’t know what it is about this chipotle but they are routinely running out of ingredients. Literally a crapshoot over whether they have the ingredients you want.
AVOID! This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is startlingly rude, they are always out of basic ingredients (rice, meat), and the meat never looks very fresh. Unless you enjoy bad food and being mistreated, your money is best spent elsewhere.
It's by HU so you can't go wrong. Could be a little cleaner, but which chipotle is?
Sign says opens at 10: 45 tell me why I’m still standing out here and it’s 11: 13. There is a whole line outside and nobody is unlocking the door. If u open at 10: 45 please be ready to open at 10: 45
Opened 15 minutes late. Had a group of people outside waiting. Website and door say 11: 45. Staff didn’t open the door till 11: 10
FILLED MY BOWL TO THE RIM! The kind of portions and love we miss from Chipotle. THANK U HOWARD U CHIPOTLE.
My order was pretty good but my steak was a tad bit chewy but other than that I have no complaints
I would give them a 0/10 for customer service. My friend and I came in about 15 minutes prior to their closing last Saturday night, and they kicked us out, explaining that, “The dining room is closed. ” I’ve worked in the food industry before, and it’s simply general courtesy to let customers eat their food, and if anything, remind them when you’re closing. Additionally, it doesn’t come off super great when you’re kicking two women out of a restaurant onto the streets of DC late at night. Y’all need to do better.
