Chipotle Mexican Grill, Washington DC

Service is Unfathomably horrible. The cashier expected me two wait “another 10 to 20 minutes” after waiting already for 15 minutes for a mobile order. This is my third time, and every single time, the service is awful. We left without getting our food.

I placed an order for 2 chicken burritos via Uber Eats recently. While Uber did nothing wrong and actually delivered my order ahead of time, I was disappointed that I only received 1 out of 2 orders and paid full price. I can’t condone what this location has done to me or other customers. For the burrito I did receive, it was as expected though the sour cream was all out into one end of the wrap. Can’t say that I’ll order from here again.

Don't come here. The place is dirty. Look at other reviews. The staff is not motivated to keep the place clean. Come on folks.

Do not order take out from this place cause you'd end up getting half a portion every time!

Pretty sure my review got deleted so just wanted to post again. This is the worst chipotle store in the nation. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Look miserable to do their jobs. They laughed when I complained that my burrito was not wrapped properly.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a chipotle. I ordered 1 item on the app and I waited over 30 minutes past when my order was supposed to ready. It was evident that the store was very disorganized and understaffed. I have nothing bad to stay of the staff they were clearly working very hard and looked overwhelmed. It was clear that none of the online orders were coming out there were many people waiting just as long as me. I asked once about my order and it never came. I eventually had to give up and just leave empty handed after paying for the order and waiting 30+ minutes after a 9 hour work day. There is clearly a management issue at this store— not enough planning and staff for the volume of orders. Do not order online ever at this store.

Love being able to order on the app and your food being ready and waiting when you get there, and you skip the line entirely AWESOME!

Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Also very skimpy with servings/toppings. They forgot to give me my queso, but did not forget to charge me $5 for essentially a bag of dry chips. When I called back to request a refund they refused and said I would have to come all the way back in person to fix the mistake that THEY made. Do not eat here unless you like poor sanitation and incompetent service.

Found this location running errands around Georgetown. Typical service and quality for Chipotle.

It's just another Chipotle, so the food and menu are basically the same. Unfortunately, the look of the place seems dated and could use some clean up. But in general, you get what you paid for.

Gets really busy with the college back in session, but they move through the line fairly quick
