Chipotle Mexican Grill, Washington DC

Celiac, gluten intolerant, gluten allergy etc BEWARE! Went here hoping to grab something safe before getting on Amtrak. Their seemed to be a language barrier regarding “gluten allergy” (yes, I know celiac is autoimmune, but gluten allergy seems to get more attention in restaurants). I tried explaining the protocol as I have been to many chipotles before (change gloves, get fresh utensils, get fresh food bins). She got the manager. The manager handed me an allergy card, changed her gloves, and then refused to get fresh food containers and utensils even after explaining to her that it was contaminated by the tortillas. She said “that’s too bad” and put away my burrito bowl container and then said goodbye. I went across the way to Cava where I had no problems. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is not safe for people that need to gluten free out of medical necessity like I’ve known every other Chipotle in the US to be.

I love to go to this location the restaurant always is super clean and the food was delicious

I was served tacos with gluten after saying that i’m gluten-free.the service is bad but the food very good.

$17.38 for this.really? ! And without a drink! Funny thing is that the person in front of me is a Chipotle employee and she had 3 times the amount of food I had.

Everyone was so nice JB and doug were very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend people coming here after a long trip!

This location always has a very clean restaurant and very friendly people and very delicious food.

The food was great, the restaurant was clean and the crew members looks happy and make me feel welcome every time I got my lunch at this location.

The other day I watched an employee of the neighboring Chick-Fil-A fall on her face in the middle of the court. As my colleague helped her up, I ran to this Chipotle asking if we could get a cup of water for her. They told me “she doesn’t work here, go ask CFA”
The inhumanity is beyond deplorable.

Just showed up and a man started touching me while I stood in line. Staff refused to call security and pretended like they didn't notice. Burritos are put together as messy as possible.

I have never experienced worse customer service at a Chipotle or any other fast food restaurant. One of the workers was yelling at us when we tried to order and fully refused to give another woman what she asked for because she was “too slow”. They also had their AirPods in and did not acknowledge us whatsoever. I would recommend going anywhere else, or maybe the one upstairs has better service. Chipotle- do better. Who is managing this place?

Manager is rude and nasty and gives out bad portions. Honestly don't know how he still has a job.

The workers behind the counter here are the most rude I have ever encountered at a Chipotle. Didn’t want to give me a lettuce base even though they had some left, stopped halfway through preparing my bowl without explanation and made me wait (they were just talking with each other, not busy with other work)
