Ciel Social Club, Washington DC

I really loved coming here last summer. However, I went in April and didn't have a great experience. I sent an email thinking that they would respond to the issues I had. It's ben 30 days.and nothing.

Wonderful location, rooftop view was excellent! Bartenders were on point. Must see spot in DC.

Nice ambiance, very good cocktails, limited food options, but tasty. Nice staff. Definitely check out the rooftop balcony on a warm day.

Making reservations at this place is an absolute nightmare. Besides the fact that their website is always crashing, their customer service contacts are useless, have week long gaps between responses and overall have terrible customer service. It’s as if they are trying to drive people away from this place and the food/drinks aren't even that bougie for them to act like this. They succeeded though, never going back to this place. I have never had an experience this bad at a restaurant in my entire life as a DC local.

& the little long nose waitress had a horrible attitude and hella snobby.

Stopped by for the first time with friends for a cocktail on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The vibe was amazing with the Cherry Blossom decor and theme. Fabulous. The service was amazing and the Manager, Jeff was so accommodating and just the perfect gentleman and host. Thank you Jeff for being such a gracious host and making our group (classmates for over 30+ years) feel welcomed.

Cute happy hour, nice views of the city and pleasant ambiance. Food was pretty good as were the cocktails. Service was attentive and friendly.

Amazing food and drinks! We tried six different dishes and they all were amazing. The ambiance is amazing! Definitely expensive, but worth it.

Had a good time at Ciel for a friend's bday! I will say, though-giving 1 star for the view and ambiance, and 3 stars for Imani** (hope I'm spelling her name right) the bartender. She was a whole vibe! Good service, friendly, remembered my name in a sea of other customers. Would definitely pop back out again, mostly for her though lol.

Rooftop lounge of the AC hotel Convention Center. You can’t beat the views and the ceiling is super pretty. The food is just OK and having to check-in downstairs with the host is a bit annoying

Ambiance is nice but the Cherry Blossom Drinks weren’t good and the only food decent was the chicken wings. I think it’s overly priced for what you’re getting. But also DC, what do you expect?

Nice setting. Awesome rooftop view. 3-4 menu items were not available. Drinks were good and service was good.

Needlessly pretentious. The ski chalet is inspired, but I thought it hilarious that my outfit was deemed inappropriate given the theme (I was wearing Bogner—look it up— and a hat from the Aspen Art Museum). Get over yourselves; you’re in a mid-market Marriott property catering to conventioneers in DC. The Veuve was tasty.

Such a cool, chill spot. The drinks were great and so was the music. Great experience, I can't wait to go again!

Ordered wine and martinis after 10 pm as a night cap. Good for couples on a date or a good place to just talk. Decor is very nice. Has all the potential to be a very cute spot, but, the service is notoriously slow. I was warned by three different friends, that it looks cute, but not that fun and that’s all because of the service.
