City Vista, Washington DC

City Vista is nothing special to write home about. Just another big block development between 3rd and 5th Streets NW and K and L Streets NW. There's a few businesses in the block that are great. Parking is mostly street level on the western, southern, and eastern sides of the block. Parking below street level on the north side. Pick something up in Safeway and your parking is free for 90 minutes.

Beautiful and BUSY. The parking is a hassle, but worth it. There were a lot of people around that made me a bit anxious. A lot of great options for food and shopping!

As a Moslem, it’s not easy to find a spot where you can eat Halal! This spot is perfect for those who look to eat like me!

Coming from Europe, I was afraid that their sandwich would be bad, BUT MY GOD, this is the BEST SANDWICH I EVER HAD! This is soooo amazingly delicious ️

I will for sure come back!

Undergoing renovations, but they are keeping it functional throughout the whole project. Looking forward to the smoothie bar being finished

City Vista is a great apartmemt building in downtown DC. The place is convenient for both Metro bus and subway. Also Safeway is anchor for your grocery shopping and restaurants you walk to.both brunch and dinner.

Some stores that are listed on the website have not opened yet (at least when I visited) but overall a nice and not crowded place with good discounts on good clothes.

It's a smallish mall. It was clean and sits in the heart of the city. There was a lot of customers filing in and out. Parking is reasonable considering the location.
