Club Quarters Hotel, Washington DC, White House

The room was nice, just as advertised. Staff was friendly. Location and price can't be beat. The hotel restaurant wasn't really good, but the hotel is seemingly surrounded by hundreds of good restaurants in all styles. The metro is less than a block away. Glad I gave this place a chance. I want to come back.

I would give them 1 star for the nice staff and location. The terrible thing that happened to me on December 27,2021, was that I found bed bugs when I was about to sleep. I still suffer from it. They refunded me that night and apologized, but I think I should write this comment so people can be careful while staying at this hotel.

Super friendly staff! They upgraded me with my pet to a larger room on the top floor with a view of the park across the street. Technology was awesome - could connect phone to TV. Everything was super clean! They also have water on every floor for the guests! The only thing I can “complain” about is there is no parking available. However, there is a garage around the block for $40 overnight. Last, there is no extra fee for a pet. Just have to sign a waiver. Will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in DC!

The only good thing was it’s location. When they say stripped down they are not kidding. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. The front desk staff was not helpful and could care less. Was told we could not get extra pillows because they were full, but looking for another hotel they had rooms. No housekeeping due to covid, no problem, but was not told and couldn’t get clean towels. Left 2 days early and did not even seem phased. Will not stay here again and would not recommend to anybody else.

Really great hotel, reasonably priced and a good location. I loved my room, it was spacious and contemporary. Had no issues and would stay here if I visited D. C.again.

Da wir insgesamt nur knapp 26h in Washington verbrachten, war es uns wichtig ein zentral gelegenes Hotel zu buchen. Durch ein Sonderangebot bekamen wir auch noch einen relativ günstigen Preis.
Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend, direkt hinter dem weißen Haus, direkt neben der Metro und umgeben von diversen Bars und Restaurants.
Aufgrund des gebuchten Sonderangebots bekamen wir kein Zimmer mit Aussicht (Ausblick auf eine Steinmeier), allerdings war das aufgrund des kurzen Aufenthalts völlig egal.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Kaffee und Tee umsonst im 2. Stock.
Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

One of my favorite hotels, it has a studio apartment feel to it. Gym could be better but it's cool.

The hotel is very well located and very clean. I also liked the complimentary coffee. It was good!

Ivette and Jenn provided excellent service during my stay whenever I needed anything they were there to help. Loved my stay and I definitely will be coming back next time I fly in from Reno.

I'll tell you one thing that online travel agents don't want u to know. When reserving stays use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They easily have the best deals on rooms! Way better than using expedia, priceline, hotwire. No doubt about that!

Very courteous staff cheerful helpful they were able to store our bicycles free coffee keurigs in room as well as a big meeting room on the second floor.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Had a nice room with a nice view. Bathroom is a bit small but no biggie.
The gym is very small and has limited equipment.

Great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and cozy. There are bottles of water in each floor for you to take. The fitness room is modest but fine. The location is great. Would come back!
