If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never been ghosted by a company before. I went to the website in June to order some Howard U apparel, and when I still hadn't received my order a month later I emailed the company. Eventually I had to go through every single email I could find to get a response. James Thompson, the owner, told me that he would look into it. Then I never heard back even when I emailed again.
It just so happens that when he sent me an email from his personal account that his number was on it, because all of the corporate numbers were disconnected. When I found it and called, he told me that he was sorry and that he was trying to track down my order. He picked up one other time to tell me that some assistant named Grace would get back to me. Another month went by, and now I can't get him to pick up the phone, and of course the voicemail is full. And the company website is down. If ever there was an argument against "buying black, " this is it. It is mid-September now, and I am done.

Coliseum Apparel went above and beyond when I ordered shirts for my fitness company. I had a large order with a tight turnaround and barely had a concept for design when I initially reached out. The team talked me through all of my choices and helped me make educated decisions along the way. My order was completed and delivered right on time and I hear from everyone who received a shirt that they wear them often because they are so comfortable and of high quality.
