Hillary is the best! I have been a Personal Training in DC since 1997 and I work with older adults. There are a lot of mediocre PT’s and then there are really talented PT’s. Hillary is excellent at getting to the bottom of things and giving you a routine that gives you results! Bonus…she doesn’t give you a million exercises to do! She’s the best!

I have been seeing Hilary since the beginning of the pandemic for spinal stenosis and then various other issues as the result of golf, age, etc. While I was unable to avoid surgery, through Hilary's guidance, I am able to play golf again and live relatively pain free. Additionally, she has put me on the right track for a better lifestyle and physical fitness. The five (5) stars do not begin to emphasize how much I recommend Hilary and C. O. R. E. Physical Therapy.

I've been to numerous PT outfits - these guys are by far the best. No bored high-school kids hooking you up to tens machines and wandering off here. Expert, individual therapy from high-level therapists designed to help you overcome your individual problems. Not cheap, but way worth it.

I highly recommend C. O. R. E PT, and have recommended it to several friends. The cause of my injury was diagnosed within minutes of my first visit and I received helpful strengthening exercises and encouragement.

I had a wonderful experience with Core Physical Therapy. I highly recommend receiving treatment and guidance from Caitlin Ratino. She was exceptional in the care and time she took with my hamstring injury and recovery. She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in the exercises and programs to get me back playing soccer and running. I have been seeing Kendall at C. O. R. E.for several years and there are not enough positive words for the care I have received. She is constantly looking for new ways to keep my therapy engaging and is infinitely patient with my question. The front desk staff is helpful and after one visit, call me by name when they see me.

A Top Notch Team! I cannot say enough great things about CORE. I’ve been working with Hilary and Lauren for the last few months, after a serious ankle injury and surgery. They’ve been attentive every step of the way, reaching out after hours by email as well. They’re focused, dedicated and highly skilled at what they do. They’ve been able to diagnose my issues and help me work through them. Highly recommend Hilary for any athletes that need rehab but she can work wonders with any PT scenario. The front desk team is wonderful and they go above and beyond to work with my schedule. The facilities are new, clean and have the latest equipment.
