Very friendly staff, tons of cute cats, and an overall great atmosphere. I’m grateful for this experience.

The best place in DC Area. If you are a cat lover, please don't miss it. It's a must visit. Cats are well behaved and trained. If you are not a cat lover, you would become one after this place. Pretty sure all cats are vaccinated. However, in case of allergies, please talk to customer service at the location. They help you with all the necessary details.

Staff was kind, informative, absolutely welcoming. Best part of my day and when I'm in the market for a new cat it will be my first stop.

I've been to a lot of cat cafes and thought this was one of the better ones. It's clear the staff deeply cares for the cats and everything is run with the cats wellbeing in mind

Really sweet place to spend the afternoon. So glad I picked a 70 minute appointment instead of 30, it would not have been enough.

I came to George town specifically to take my kid to this place and then i found out that he can’t go in cuz he’s 4 years old and it broke his heart. It should be mentioned clearly that there is an age restriction.

Very fun place to meet some furry friends, and they have a partnership with the Cafe next door so you can order coffee and pastries while playing with the kitties

Absolutely lovely place. The staff take very good care of the kitties, making sure visitors and kitties have a good time. Especially that they elaborate about each cat's temperament so that visitors know how to best approach and play with them. They also allow drinks and some food. More importantly, they've helped thousands of kitties to find their forever homes. God bless them!

30 minutes feels very short but you can do 1 hour 10 minutes for $40 per person. I loved that they take your photo with a cat and give you the polaroid photo for free. Cats are playful.

Staff were so friendly and attentive to each person.the cats didn't quite warm up to me but they made absolutely sure we left with a pic of us and a cat for the memories.we also had to push the appointment back an hour due to travel delays and they were extremely accommodating.really great atmosphere and i would love to visit here again

It was an okay experience but, not worth $25 for 30 minutes. When we arrived a lot of the cats were asleep and the ones that weren't were being held/hogged by the associates so it was hard to interact with them and get the full experience. It was just very inconvenient to us as the employees work there and see the cats almost all the time unlike the costumers, so we feel as though we really didn't get our moneys worth. Tip: make reservations at really early times or their latest times as that is when the cats are most active (as told by an employee).

A really cosy and adorable place for a cat lover or someone who would like to adopt a kitty! Clean, well organized, friendly and well educated personnel. BUT for the value someone pays to visit, I believe they should offer a cup of coffee or tea for free, which they don’t, shame!

Absolutely an amazing time! I wish they had a bit more seat level seating since you mainly only have on the floor or on an area that you have to jump or crawl into. The staff was so friendly and quick to talk to you about the different cats.

I had a great time at Crumbs & Whiskers. My partner and I can't have pets at the moment, so it was a great opportunity to get some time with our favorite animals. Their collar and tag system make it easy to tell the cats' genders, if they need a home with other cats, or if they're a bonded pair that need to be adopted together. If you are looking to adopt, this is a great way to see the personalities of the cats so you'll know if they're a good fit for you. Bonus: you get an adorable polaroid!
