I hate this place! I only deal with them because I have to! In the last nineteen months there has been a problem with my prescription not being at the pharmacy for pick up at least ten times. Sometimes it take multiple calls to get it taken care of. Or two weeks or more. I am so tired of having to sit on top of the texts and e-mails and calling pharmacy to see if it actually got there when web site says it is is killing me! Best part customer service people are sweet and is hard to get mad at them, they did not do it. I don't understand after years of same order month after month they still have problems. To top it off there is not a soul you caqn complain to to explain your situation!

I definitely recommend and give 5 stars. You went above and beyond to help us. My mom forgot few pills when she was packing to go to a vacation to another State and as soon as I noticed I called the pharmacy. They don’t ship directly to some states since it is not their jurisdiction. I was thinking about aborting our vacation trip or send mom back home. This second option would make me super worried. Although when I called, they told me they couldn’t ship directly, but they could transfer the prescription and the other CVS specialty pharmacy could send it. They came with a solution! We decided for this option and all went well. We got the meds and we are still on vacation.
I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU! You guys rock!

If I could give a cero star I would. My insurance (Carefirst) make us go through CVS in order to cover for our meds. I've been waiting for a week on my IVF medication and even though I had call 2 times they only say its waiting processing. No one has ever called me, Ive had to keep on calling and explaining all over again to the representative for nothing! This has only put more stress on me with all these delays.stress that I DONT need! As of today, they have not process the insurance. Im a 41 years old woman with infertility. I dont have time to lose and CVS Specialty is only playing with our only chance of becoming parents!

Went to pick up my meds this morning. Serice is great and all. But my meds supposed to be refrigerated wa setting for 7 days on the shelves. Refused to take it. Called to reorder my meds and be sent to a different CVS. But noooo. The person on the phone insisted that I’ll go and pick it up from the same place it all started. And I know beside the side effect of my medication, if I inject myself with that. Death is not what I’m scared from. But related effects I might get. Like stroke and not die. Or liver failure kidney failure etc.so now I am with no meds. Not knowing what to do.

They have failed many times and was I denied to speak to a manager twice. So I went above there heads and reach out directly to upper management. They apologized for there failure and more than made up for the multiple poor experiences. I have a little more faith in this company but a lot of work needs to be done.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have a specialty pharmacy scrip and receive my prescription benefits through CVS Caremark. Because of this I must fill my specialty scrip at CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Was notified that my scrip will no longer be filled by the Specialty Pharmacy and that I should get it filled at a retail pharmacy. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE as it is not a scrip that can be filled by a retail pharmacy. They're essentially telling me to buy it from a different specialty pharmacy, but it would be out of pocket ($1500) and I can't get it reimbursed by insurance since it's not filled at CVS Specialty Pharmacy, even though it is a drug that is covered by my insurance.

The most horrible customer service I have experienced. No consideration for customers in hard times. Simply asked for an extension due to a situation out of my control. Not only did they very rudely tell me there was nothing they could do they also said they will withhold my medication I've already been waiting a month for if they didn't get their money. This is sad especially considering how the pandemic has been affecting people

The prescription delivery services are great but the customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced. I have to call multiple time just to reach them and then the phone call just randomly hangs up, even though they notified me to call them!

THEY ARE THE WORST, AND SHOULD BE SUED! I called them for my medicine, i was told that it woul be delivered the next day. I told them I was out of medicine and they promised it would go out on Friday to be delivered to the store on Saturday. They lied! It never happened and you cannot contact them 24/7!

This company has the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. It takes multiple calls to get my prescription filled every time. The hold waits are extremely long and often end in no one picking up. Then after holding for 50 minutes I’ve been told they can’t help me and I’ll have to call back. I would never use this company if I wasn’t forced to by insurance company.

Company is so awful that I tried to switch ins companies to get away from them, but they seem to have the market covered. Tedious process to get meds, they are incompetent and constantly send nonsense emails with "Tips" I really wish they would go out of business. The process was SO much easier when I could use my pharmacist who KNOWS me and what meds I am on etc.

The most incompetent business I've ever had the displeasure of working with. To schedule shipment of a medication that must be taken consistently, I had to call CVS Pharmacy exactly eight times, 2hour long conversations each, to a) figure out why they didn't know how to form a profile, and b) call each time that shipment wasn't made to my address. It's now two weeks since the date at which I was supposed to take my medicine, and CVS Specialty Pharmacy has failed to make shipment to my house thrice. For the love of God, unless you want to waste your precious time talking to idiots who don't understand how a simple shipment process works, please find another pharmacy.
