DC Commercial Glass, Doors & Window Repair

I am not in a position to assess value because nobody else would give me a bid on this very complex job - 13 large nonstandard second floor windows not designed to open replaced by windows that do open.
The windows are solid, perfectly fitting, and attractive. They sent over and paid for a painter/handyman to deal with minor cosmetic issue inside and outside the house.
They did two other minor window and door jobs, also with the same level of professionalism.
I would not hesitate to use them again and probably will as I have eight standard windows that will need replacement in the next few years.

Their work isn't' bad but they are EXTREMELY unreliable from a scheduling perspective. We'll have to call them 5 times to get anything done and they regularly will agree to an appointment to not ever show up.
