Dr. Deckard and his team are the best. They are always fast and on time, and Dr. Deckard really makes me feel comfortable and cared for, even in the face of new and unfamiliar dental work. Amy is the best tech too - I wouldn’t want anyone else to clean my teeth!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I’ve been a patient for a number of years and have always found the office to be great. The front of the house is amazing. They sent me a quote before my appointment and text reminders. I also really appreciate how willing they are to accommodate with scheduling. The dentist and hygienist are both very nice and knowledgeable. Dr Decker takes time to really diagnose what’s going on and then does a great job with the dental work. I highly recommend!

I was attacked and had to see Dr. Deckard urgently. His office got me in quickly, looked after me and repaired my cracked teeth. Out of all the worries I have and pain I’m in, he and his office made my burden less.

I had a very positive experience with Precision Dentistry. The front desk does of great job of explaining the steps and process of the procedures. The young lady (bad with names) who is the dental assistant made me feel right at home and relaxed me, as I prepared for an uneasy dental procedure. Mr. Deckard is very knowledgeable and cool, calm and collected as they come.

Before and after my procedure I had some questions. I sent an email and heard right back the next day with an explanation that helped put me at ease. The also do same day crowns which is great.

Overall, I had a very positive experience, and will recommend by wife to this practice.

Dr. Deckard is the best and super patient because I'm worse than a kid and get super nervous every time. I went for a filler and didn't feel a thing. After being numb, the procedure lasted 5 minutes. Very fast and not painful at all. I highly recommend him.

Couldn't be happier. Very pleased. Doctor Deckard is excellent Professionally and personally. Excellent, very courteous and knowledgeable staff.

UPDATE: I wanted to update my review as my dentist from DC Precision called to apologize for my negative experience and refunded my money. I feel like that takes integrity to make that move which I respect. Revised from one star to three.

Not sure the unanimous 5 stars but here’s my experience:

1) I called to check my insurance was covered and the receptionist said I should be fine. My fault for not pressing to make sure. But when I arrived she took my info and it wasn’t until the hygienist was in mouth that she told me I wasn’t covered. Precious little I could do at that point. No one was really compassionate, understanding or helpful on their side.

2) the dentist didn’t give me the dental exam for cancer as far as I recall. I was told I needed a cavity filling. After a second opinion, the 2nd dentist said it’s premature to do that. This would not be covered by insurance and the dentist knew that, which seems even more egregious to suggest I get an unnecessary and expensive service.

3) further the second opinion dentist gave me a discount on out of pocket dental guard fitting unlike DC Precision Dental. I got it $300 cheaper from 2nd opinion dentist.

4) by far the roughest cleaning I’ve gotten with more water pooling in my mouth than I’ve ever experienced.

Negative experience from beginning to end. Do not recommend.

As always, Dr. Deckard and Amy, who cleaned my teeth so gently, were terrific! Best dental practice ever. (Music selection is good, too!)

I love my dental hygienist, Amy Vu! She's amazing and always encourages me to floss! The office manager Tyrone J always takes care of my insurance and claims! Dr. Deckard is really cool plus a great dentist! This office is wonderful, full of very caring people!
