The food was good but the service wasn't as great as expected I that type of establishment.

It was an excellent experience, the dinner was delicious dry aged perfectly cooked, my wife ordered crab cake dinner it was also delicious.our waiter James was very friendly and professional, he always made sure everything was perfect.overall it was an excellent dinner. We will be back for sure.

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have been trying to reserve a table for a party of 10. The receptionists and the manager KEVIN! Is very rude. I was left on hold for an hour. I have been calling up to the restaurant for 3 DAYS leaving my name and number numerous times. NO ONE HAS REACHED BACK OUT. THE PARTY PLANNER IS NON- EXISTENT. I WILL NEVER TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN! When asked to hold I was hung up on by both the receptionist and the manager.

I used to love Del Frisco’s before the pandemic started now the menu is smaller and the food was just ok. We usually chose this restaurant for the butter cake, my cake came out cold. Highlight of our meal was our server he was amazing and entertaining.

Everything on their menu taste freaking amazing and the service is one of a kind. I strongly recommend checking this place out when you have a chance.

Horrible customer service. I'm planning an event for my birthday upcoming this month and I was interested in looking into hosting my event here but I changed my mind very quickly. If I'm requesting for the private coordinator to reach back out to me via phone and that's the best contact for me. They're still telling me she ONLY CONTACTS via email. Email can be difficult sometimes that's why I informed them via phone call is best. Poor customer service and they do not listen to potential customers that are willing to spend good money with them as a business. They keep this up they'll see how far they can get with this kind of service. Not far!

Atmosphere was beautiful. Appetizers and wine were great. Service started out well but as the dinner went on, the service lacked and our server seemed to disappear. The sauces were not as expected and some of the steaks and sides were overly salty. The temperature of the steak was perfect; but, hard to get past the extreme saltiness. Desserts were very good. Very expensive so due to not perfect service or food, hard to accept the $1200 bill for five.

The best meal I have had in D. C. Truly delicious food and melt in your mouth steak. Service was great and the wine was to die for. An amazing experience all around.

I've been here twice for valentines day and restaurant week (so both were custom menu's) and both times I wasn't necessarily impressed. The steak I ordered was good both times but if you like sides with yours such as mashed potatoes, lobster mac and cheese etc they were hit or miss. I've been to other steakhouses in DC with better flavored sides. I love the location and ambiance of the restaurant if you want to go shopping before or after it is located right next to the Dior store, LV and a few other designer stores. Valet can get a bit busy but isn't an issue, the waiter did give us a voucher for a discount on the valet. Overall Del Frisco's is nice but certainly isn't my top option for fine dining in the city.

First, I want to start by saying service was excellent. Danielle provided us with a memorable anniversary.

However, I hope that this review gets to the appropriate employee. Kevin H.needs additional training on how to treat customers…

We ordered our entrees and were updated (35 min later) that our food would be out within 7 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes after that update, our server came to break the news that she was just informed that they were sold out of lamb.

The manager, Kevin, approached our table staying we could order anything “of equal or lesser value”… when someone is spending $500 on a dinner, don’t put stipulations on what you will compensate for when it’s your fault…

I told this to him, and he replied… “I just didn’t want you to think you could order the tomahawk steak” … we had already ordered one… so why would we order another one? If you make a mistake, fix it by any means necessary…

This small comment made me cancel my membership and promise myself to never return where I am not a VALUED customer.

I must say they really missed the target tonight. I would not recommend this restaurant until they offer additions training to management.

A group of 14 of us reserved a private room to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday. To summarize: service was friendly but abysmal. The reserved room wasn’t ready for more than 15 minutes after the appointed time. It took another 15 minutes for a waiter to circulate for cocktail orders, and then another 15 minutes before they arrived. After we sat and ordered appetizers, three orders took more than an hour to be served. Entrees took another hour, but arrived in two waves such that half of the group had to eat cold food after waiting for the rest of the group to be served and sides to be delivered. The explanation was that there was a miscommunication in the kitchen. I would never recommend this restaurant. I have been in similar sized groups at many restaurants professionally and have never experienced such poor service. Shame on Del Friscos to deliver such poor service, apologize, but offer no accommodations.

The food was terrible, the staff was terrible, the wait time was terrible. This is one of the worst establishments that I have ever been to. The experience and food is definitely not worth the price that you pay. Also the way that I was treated here was so horrendous. I do not recommend this place at all. I would rather eat at at Burger King.

As good as everything looks in the pictures I can't help but say I was highly disappointed especially for the price. My favorite thing by far was the Calamari and everything after that was pretty mediocre. The steak was just average at best and it being $135, was a let down. Didn't like the mashed potatoes. The lobster Mac was greasy. The mushrooms were kind of bland. The butter cake was eh. Probably won't go back. It was way to expensive for what it was. I've had better steaks from longhorn.

My experience at this establishment was far from excellent. We came to celebrate a birthday and looked forward to a nice dinner, but what we got was slow service, cold entrées, and I was charged for an extra glass of wine that I did not order.

We were there for well over an hour before our food ever arrived, and as stated above, when it did come out it was cold.

The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, I just wish the service was equally as nice.

I honestly had the worst time, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy, the service was terrible, the food was bland, and cold. The experience is definitely not equal to the price. Also if you have a party of five then you can not split a bill seeing as I was told that you can only add a certain amount of cards on the check. Honestly I would of had a better time some place else. My money will be spent better elsewhere never coming again.

Server named Liz only checked on my table of 5 twice, we had to get the other waiters walking by for help. We had to ask for bread.
FOOD IS OVER PRICED $80 FOR 4 LAMB CHOPS.
MENU IS SMALL! YOU WILL BE TREATED AND EAT BETTER AT CHEESECAKE FACTORY! (BEAUTIFUL OMBIONCE INCLUDED).
We were celebrating a birthday. We told them we were celebrating a birthday party, the lady Liz only said "oh" and walked off, on the birthday guest!
Then 30min later they bring his cake! Without lighting his birthday candle, but yet All them other people of who was WHITE HAD THERE CANDLES lite for there celebration.

ANDDDD @ THE END WE WANTED THE CHECK SHE (LIZ) put everyone's bill all together without asking if we were doing separate checks
WE HAD TO WAIT 20 MIN for a manager
He finally comes to help and proceeded to separate our checks

RACIALLY PROFILED LIKE WE COULDN'T PAY WE ALL HAD MONEY BIG And they try put the check all together like someone wasn't going to pay!
DO NOT GO HERE OVER PRICED FOR NOTHING
Bad service LIZ NEEDS TO BE FIRED
