Very flavorful food but often loud music and irregular service. Additional sauce, when asked sometimes prompt a question “on top or on the side”. But other times no question is asked and too late - a puddle of sauce - often overly sweet - meal is ruined flavor-wise together with its glycemic profile index.

Mediocre fast casual fare with no distinct characteristics to separate it from mere “food. ”

Bonus points for hideous service. Once an employee disparaged another in front of me in a belittling way. Another time, an employee who was allegedly a “trainee” shunned me as I requested help with a takeout order and told me to sit back down and wait. But I’m a very rude manner.

Anyway - they’ve lost me for good.

You bowls are delicious, however, twice now, things have been left out of the bowl on UBER eats orders and they won’t make it right.

I’ve dined in and gotten delivery. Food was great dinning in but order was messed up and missing items with delivery.

This was my first time here and I would suggest everyone go. It has an amazing & fun staff. The owner even came out to chat with us. The food was so delicious and fresh. It was so flavorful, too! A must try!

Lay was the sweetest and gave me extra sauce and sides - excellent service! Definitely check their food out!

Everything is so tasty. The chicken has so much flavor and the veggies and perfectly done.

Food is very tasty and the portion sizes are surprisingly generous. If you're looking for a more healthy meal, this is a good place.

Growing up in Asia, I was so picky with my tofu and always thought most tofu dishes in the US tasted so bland. I have never been happier with being wrong, I ordered the tofu bowl and it's so tasty, full of flavor. I also tried the honey chicken bowl, everything tastes so good here.definitely will be back

Ordered on Uber eats and ended up just throwing the entire bowl in the trash. Pretty disappointed that I wasted my money. The food tasted extremely old and they placed my cold sides in the same bowl as the hot food, so my farro basically tasted like old watermelon juice and vinegar. I get it if I was ordering to eat there, but for to go orders, please separate the items when it makes sense. I even left a note in the notes box and it was completely disregarded. They also didn’t even include a side of the sauce for the chicken.

My interaction with the staff was disgusting. Do not recommend. Save your money. The manager needs to learn how to talk to people.

I’m usually not a fan of restaurants serving bowls as they often end up bland. But I make an exception for DIG: their bowls are amazing, especially hot honey chicken, which is great on taste, texture, pricing. Plus it’s really easy to order take-out on their app.

Outstanding service deserves to be recognized. Firstly opening wasnt scheduled until 11am, however i came in a few minutes early and was happily greeted by Paige!

I was already in love with DIG from my visits to NY but to visit DC and run into it really made my day! I was served by Paige with an awesome attitude. There was some bread with the cookies and the bread was suggested.

It was not just any bread, it was the best Focaccia EVER! The sweet onions on top made it such a treat. I almost didn't make it to my meal since I ate the bread first.

This location is amazing. Highly recommend everyone to try it!

Great week night take out option! So healthy and very fresh ingredients. The kale caesar with salmon was delicious!

The employees were super friendly and gave recommendations to which food items paired well with each other in the bowls. Healthy, fast and very tasty! If I lived closer, this would be my new chipotle.

Paige is the best! Always so accommodating every time I stop in. Everyone on the team is always kind and helpful! Love this place, it never disappoints.

We really enjoyed this place. We had the rice bowl with chicken, carrots, and mac and cheese. We also had the greens with salmon, carrots, and sweet potatoes. All were good. Prices were reasonable. Great location. I would definitely recommend this place.

I hate to admit it but this place lives up to the hype! Are all the options available things one could easily cook themselves? Yes— but that’s the beauty of these corporate bowl places.everything was just so fresh and delicious and the prices are comparable to sweet green or cava, i would say this place is a better deal for the quality and freshness.great for a weekday lunch!

My coworker and i came in today for lunch, I've ordered from here a couple times but never actually came into the location, the associates who work here were literally amazing they were so sweet and kind to us they were very patient and helpful the food is great but the associates made the experience even better!
