DTLR, Washington DC

Great! You will actually get nice shoes here. Not ones that have been returned and dirty like the Nike Store sells.

DTLR charges more than Shoe City for the same exact shoes! I winded up buying the shoes from shoe city because they were $15 cheaper!

Horrible attitude manager, and the employees and customers keep peeing in the alley behind the store, where there are houses and children. When I called to ask if they could stop soing that, the manager gave me attitude and told me that I should get a petition done for more bathrooms.

Quality gear! Quality staff! They definitely take care of you. And have a wide variety of stylez for the whole family

Very well lit store. Friendly staff. Small store. Limited merchandise stock but overall pleasant experience.

Only did a 3out of 5 because they didn't have my size size. I've been all over the world looking for the Air Force 1's Black and no one has them. But I can say their STAFF WAS AMAZING and very attentive to my needs.

Its always neat & clean in there and the sales associates are awesome as well. Inventory is always stocked as well (well for the shoes I want lol) that's always a good thing!

Service there is great! They recognize their customers. They are so there for you. Show offs, lol. No problem with returns. Thank y'all!

Great place for athletic wear! Very friendly staff! They greet you as you come in and give you a chance to view the merchandise, before they approach you.
I asked the manager (Will) about the limited women's styles and he explained that DTLR is a men's sporting store, that offers a small amount of female fashion. Then went further to explain that in today's climate, a lot of things are unisex.
I'm a little older and not necessarily into the latest shoe trend. Will made me change my mind! He told me to embrace more color into my sports apparel. Not just pinks!
My cousin bought a pair of shoes, got home, changed her mind, then showed up 15 minutes before closing. Different set of staff. Same cool vibe! Great job DTLR! I'm impressed and that's not easy!

Helpful staff! Clean and organized. Product is very easy to find. Clientele can be kind of annoying, but that's not on them. Staff is honest and fast!

I love the shoes and clothes that this dtlr has. I rate this store a solid 5 stars. I've already recommended this to many others and I recomend you do the same.

The sales associates were very helpful. Convenient parking however is a disaster, and the store is actually the smallest Downtown Locker Room I have ever been to.
