You guys ruined my Mother’s Day! My fiancé spent $90 on an arrangement and stood in line for 3 hours just for the order to be canceled!

Ordered edible arrangements for my wife and it was canceled without notifying me. Reordered and it was still not delivered on the 2nd delivery date. I called them over 30 times and left several messages and not a single person got back to me and I still haven't received a refund. WORST STORE EVER!

The customer service is completely horrible. There are no follow up calls, will cancel your order with no reason, some workers do not care or have customer service resolutions. When you call the stores, during times of demand and customer concerns, your calls will go to a voice mail with no return call or the phone call will be dropped. Unacceptable and trifling business practices and inadequate staff who don’t care about your order never being delivered, never given a call and a sudden cancellation of order with no reason. This all happened on 5/10/2020 for an order that was done on 5/7/2020.

Worthless (Can't believe I cant select ZERO STARS! Save your MONEY and TIME! This is the second year in a row I've had issues. There wont be a third! Order completely jacked up. I checked order with delivery guy (not an employee), who obviously not familiar with counting items. I was missing 3 of the 7 items. I tried to contact the store directly for hours. NO ONE ANSWERED the entire day. Oh, and the voicemail was full. I contact the Edible website and was told that the store would contact me. The store didn't! Its been 5 days. I telephoned the 800 # only to be on hold for 27 minutes before someone answered, and they offered my the delivery price refund. Not a refund for missing items. I ordered for 2/13/20 just because I knew they not prepared for Valentine Day delivery. Jokes on me, they not prepared "PERIOD"!

First time and last time customer. Don't waste your time with this company. I placed an order online for Valentine's day a week in advance. Yet some how the order was "lost and/or transferred" to another store. I had to call 4 different stores to finally find out that this store was supposed to make & deliver my order. Goodluck trying to call this location, it took 12 calls over 2 days before they would answer their phone.

I honestly should have read the reviews before placing my order but because I wanted to submit a last minute order to get same day delivery. The message online indicated I could get same day delivery if I placed my order within 45 mins so I sure enough did. Low and behold I get a phone call 20 minutes later indicating that their kitchen is closed and couldn’t be delivered same day. She offered to deliver next day and be the first delivery at 11am. So 11: 36am next day I call to inquire where the delivery is and the response is “they are on their way”. Ok but in how long? Didn’t give an estimate and instead said that “it was out for delivery”. Seriously? !? ! Why offer something that couldn’t be done. Needless to say it wasn’t delivered until 12: 50pm and completely defeated the purpose in the beginning of ordering for same day delivery! Will not ever order again for this store.

I go o the one on Wisconsin Avenue, & it always takes them more than 5 minutes before anyone comes out to take your order, that's 3 x's already within 2 wks

Lousy, Lousy, Lousy. It's a shame especially when it's Valentine's Day. They shouldn't take 600+ orders if they can't deliver.

Placed an order to be delivered yesterday. Was not notified that the order had not been delivered on vday. Call the office several times on vday to insure delivery. Call the next day abd left a message. No one has reached out to me. I wish i could give no stars.

My fiance always sends me beautiful edible arrangements and this location by-far had the worst fruit ever. It was either over ripe or under ripe and appeared to have been sitting out for a long time prior to delivery. I feel bad his sweet gesture was wasted there. Never had a bad experience with Edible Arrangements until this location, I told him to call and complain and they did nothing. We will not use Edible Arrangements moving forward.

I definitely have to give this location some sort of recognition for their customer service, especially for Susanna. I work in the heart of Georgetown And purchase from this location on a bi weekly basis and each time I have received superb customer service especially from Susanna. This store is a model for the type of customer service that I expect from Edible Arrangements. Not only is the customer service excellent but the fruit is also always fresh and sweet. Susanna always gives suggestions whenever I’m indecisive. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location due to the customer service and the Delicious Fruit served here. Keep up the great work!

Horrible! Placed an order for a shop in Diffrent places, both did not delivery orders! So disappointed! I understand that Valentines Day is a busy day-but at least contact the customer to let them knw that there is a delay with the delivery.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from edible arrangements. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to a dorm at George Washington University and I asked them to call a cell phone number when they arrived for the delivery. They have now called me three AFTER attempting to deliver to say it was unsuccessful when the NEVER called the cell number given at the delivery. I also requested them to call me with a timeframe for delivery and was told that they would get back to me as soon as they knew. I have not received any calls and keep having to track them down. I thought this would be a great gift but it is not worth the trouble of working with these people. I will not be ordering again!

Yesterday was my five year anniversary and I wanted to surprise my partner at work. It was not delivered on time, which for the money it should be the least you expect. They also ended up calling both of us multiple times during the day to reschedule the delivery and were rude to my girlfiend acting like we were inconviencing them. May as well have told her to drive to there store and pick it up it would have been better than their delivery service. Choclate strawberry are still delicious.

Waited 25 minutes for 1 smoothie. That is not an exaggeration. This place needs more staff or at the least, a person who knows how to make products quickly.
