Envy Nails, Washington DC

Gel powder refill. Painted my nails nice and evidently my nails were not shaped properly from the previous nail shop I visited last month. Eyebrows were waxed nicely and gave me some pointers about my eyebrows.

Linh did my pedicure with color gel and within 5 days 2 nails are chipping off! Usually my nails can last up to a month or longer. When I called the manager lied said they were closed today because she didnt want to fix the chipped nails I complained about. ON GOOGLE clearly says they are open and if they were closed nobody would have answered the phone! She told me to come another day because she didnt want to do it her self.was very rude to me. I paid $55 for this garbage plus told the guy to file my big toe nail square it's so oval looking I'm livid! Then I tipped this man also.they give bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I WONT BE BACK

This is a day after my service. Which was yesterday by the way! My nails chipped and on top of that I was over charged. I was charged a total of $60 the day of. They charged my $45 for the dip powered and $10 for the French tip. Then when I asked for a refund, they told me the extra $5 was for the tip. On top of that I only received the refund for the French tip when I should’ve received a full refund since the service I paid for was ruined. Do not book with this place, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Heed the warning!

I’ve been here before and an older man named, Tony did a great pedicure, however, I just left and did not enjoy my experience. The woman doing my pedicure was on the phone the entire time, there needs to be something done about those flies, and my polish isn’t neat. It looks as if I painted my toes myself. I see why this place is empty on a Saturday afternoon.

The manager did a HORRIBLE JOB on my nails, after not doing the design I wanted at all. She told me to come back in an hour to fix them. I came back and she told me she would not redo them and to "call the police if there is an issue" very racist.horrible customer service.horrible job on nails.and fraudulent activity. DO NOT GO HERE

My 1st time there and my first time getting a manicure. I needed a manicure for I'm going to Jamaica tomorrow and my wife wanted me to get a manicure. I didn't like the fact that she was doing the manicure while talking on the phone the whole time.

Every time I come in here to receive services they tell me they can’t do it. Even when it’s only 1 person in the chair! I’ll no longer waste my time coming

Seems to be only a place for caucasian women… the atmosphere is different when in presence of minorities. I was surpassed and they carried on as if I weren’t even present. They greeted other customers however didn’t greet me lol. VERY RACIST

Loved Emily’s work on my nails! She did a really nice job and when I asked for a shape she met the standards.

Affordable BUT I am not coming back. I came in for a gel mani, and my hands were soaking in nail polish remover instead of being individually wrapped with foil. On one hand the nail tech drilled the gel off and the other she scrapped the gel off. Filed my nails uneven, without even thinking to ask what shape I wanted. One set of nails is weak and I have to start over. Thanks.

This location also doesn’t have many brands or different colors.

If you want something quick and affordable, then I guess this is the place to go. But quality over quantity is what made me leave in the middle of a session.

I went into the salon at 1250 shortly after noon for pedicure and fill-in. I waited until about 120 pm to be serviced
At 230 when I was finally done my pedicure my nails were next
The guy Tony began doing my nails in a process I wasn’t used to
I asked for the same service an procedure as before an I was left like this

Emily as a manager owner your people should be able to function with you gone

They don't know how to airbrush or do designs they have stickers childish not one more. But the customer service was nice and they will not let your post unless you give them. Four stars

This place has no prices up to get services Done for Feet or nails or for anything. And the Man that work here is very rude to his customers.
