We were sceptical as Canadians using US docs, but it worked for us booking a US airline (American Airlines). I feel the airline doesn't care, they just want a piece of paper. Our dog is 4lbs and well behaved (no bark for 12 hrs worth of flights), so we didn't ruin this secret for others ;)

The airlines approved it within 1 hr of sending out our docs (they called to follow up almost immediately after booking, but approval came by email an hour or so after submitting the docs).

The TheraPetic rep was very nice and helpful over the phone.

Without a doubt, 5 Star rating! Anyone needing a Service Dog aka Emotional Support Animal ESA, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend TheraPetic them! TheraPetic provided timely service and support to questions. They are also on top of the changing policies and requirements for airline documentation. With Delta Airlines' newly implemented requirements in January 2018, TheraPetic already had those documents ready and available for us to use.
