Pen heaven, great place. Mr P offers amazing service. I bought some pens as gifts, all of them where home runs. Had mine repaired as well. I have a pen guy.

Large selection of fountain pens. It was definitely an experience shopping here. The staff was helpful. Great spot for gift shopping.

Well, to say "there's nothing like this for a hundred miles" is more accurate than you might imagine. This is either an art gallery of pen or some Dreamland where pens are the focus. I want every pen in this store but then, I'd have to find more important things ngs to write about if I had them. No one will understand unless they understand.so just go in, but something, get hooked and save for something better.it's a statement.

Pretentious staff. Online site is not friendly and out of sync with actual inventory. Came down on a long trip to check this place out. Make the trip out to Columbia, MD to check them out instead. They have great service and a great variety. Never coming back here

Easy to order something they had in stock which was out of stock and numerous other places and the price was the same as what was originally offered by the Mfr. Other sites wanted more money for the same thing and it was out of stock? ! I ordered from the East Coast on Sunday and it was in my hands on Tuesday! Top shelf service and quality product. I am a customer!

Used to do business with them a lot when I lived in Washington, DC. Started to order from them again online but for the last 4 days this has been impossible as their website is inaccessible. I called on Tuesday and they said "yes, the web site is down and should be back up soon". It's now Friday and it's still down. Never heard of a website being down this long. I'm now ordering from another online pen shop.
