FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Washington DC

The last time I was in here the people behind the desk were super helpful. They answered all of the strange questions that I had and were accommodating with my requests. Great place to ship from!

Sent in a small, simple order the day before it was going to be picked up. Wasn't done in time, wasn't even started.

Recently have been there for photos and to use printing services. Everything was very professionally and friendly handled. Special thanks to Amarachi for her friendliness and professionalism.

The staff is really friendly and do their best to be helpful and professional, but unfortunately what’s missing is reliable, quality printing completed on time. There is often only 1 team member working at a time and it’s one of the busiest locations I’ve seen. FedEx- set up your teams with product quality training and enough staffing support so they can excel and provide great service like they are trying to do

I go in regularly and have no complaints. Copiers always in service. Staff generally attentive (adding paper or clarifying a copy setting.)

I had business cards printed and they were ready in hours. The margins were a little tight. Kierra immediately offered to look at them and figure out what was wrong. She reprinted them and even upgraded the paper to a lovely ivory color. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. All done in a matter of minutes and off I was to my next commitment. Nice location, thanks Kierra!

Incompetent, slow, whining staff makes even USPS look good. Don't waste your time here - print labels at home. Line is always long, WiFi doesn't work, coupons don't work, your account number doesn't work. If you ask for this to be fixed, staff whines that they need to start over while all the customers behind you groan that FedEx allows such an awful branch to exist.

I go here regularly to print and to ship. Staff has always been polite and helpful, and the equipment I’ve used has always operated as designed. Bonus: the bathroom is unlocked AND clean!

Super rude within 5 minutes of me walking in the door. I was legitimately confused about where the line started and accidentally stepped in front of someone. Then rather than just tell me, the employee pointedly ignored me and instead yelled over at the other customer that she “knew he was first. ” Like, thanks for the attitude lady, you could have just directed me to the line rather than deliberately embarrassing me.

Used this place twice and had a good experience both times.   Service was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - they suggested ways of achieving what I wanted.and was able to do it while I waited.

My experience was a bit rude, unprofessional, and what I would call discriminating by your employee (Aburrhamdan) upon walking in followed by a white gentlemen I was ignored he was greeted with "good morning, how can I help you"
Again while in line waiting to be serviced and a white gentleman behind me the same employee (Aburrhamdan) stated "how can I help you sir"
Appalled I shared my experience with the other staff member (Keon) who was very helpful, considerate, professionally apologized for his behavior and went above and beyond with his outstanding assistance! You earned the stars, thanks!

I used to use the FedEx office in Annapolis (Festival at Riva) weekly for work and loved it, but since moving to DC this location is the most convenient for me. I never review businesses, but this location has given me horrible experiences consistently that I've been forced to write this review.

A new manager needs to be transferred to this store from a better performing FedEx to instill a better culture in its employees and train them all thoroughly on the important operations a FedEx Office is supposed to be able to perform. I come out of here every time angry that I got nothing accomplished and the staff is unable to help because they don't know how to perform basic tasks and don't care to learn.

Looking for another place nearby to handle my printing needs currently.

Martinique and Alexis are delightful, professional, and scrupulous about the product their customers receive at this FedEx/Kinko's location. At first my brochure printed too close to the top edge, so they moved the print job from the self-serve to their big machines behind the counter. They fixed the headline problem and then helped me fold the brochures, all the while we had a great conversation.
I highly recommend this location - they're great!

I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. This is the closest FedEx to my house and I go here for work related jobs. There is a problem with my order every time. I continue to go back because of convenience but now I'm over it. Also, the front desk is very rude. Don't waste your time here! Go to minuteman press or at least another FedEx Office location.

All the horror stories are true. Why is it so f***ing hard to just print a document here? You have office in your name. But none of your office equipment works. How is this so hard?

So I called them on 07/10/17 around 4: 30 for printing information, a guy answered the phone and was very rude and definitely disrespectful because I couldn't understand what he was saying would if I was someone with special needs or something or hard of hearing SMH, never will I go to this one, instead I went to the ups store on 13&L, I've never wrote a review before but I had to write this one.

Can only speak from my experience. This place is hit or miss. I think it depends largely on who is working when you're there. Sometimes the staff is attentive and attempts to be helpful. Other times they act as if they're the only ones there (which would be the opposite of attentive and helpful). Staff doesn't seem terribly well trained and they always seem to be 1-2 staff short at all times.

I will say that Andrea is very nice.

The staff at this fed ex are extremely rude and have a terrible attitude. It could not be more clear that these individuals hate their jobs and everyone who walks in the store.
