Due to Mr. Ramsey's attentive service and keen attention to detail, I had the greatest experience I have ever had with not only FedEx but any shipping service. This man deserves a gold medal.

I had no issues with this FedEx in DC. While I was there last Thursday, a song I really liked came on the speakers but I haven't been able to find it. It was a song with a female singer that mentions thoughts running through a head.

I wish I could give this a negative star. I’ve never met less friendly employees in my entire life.

I had a very positive experience here printing, binding, and shipping some legal briefs. Helpful staff. They helped me print the first and last pages of each brief on green paper, for example.

I came to this store in order to print 2 documents on September 8,2020, around 10am. There were 2 employees working at the counter and I was the only customer. After about 10 minutes of trying to figure out the printing process, I asked for help. One of the employees came over and told me I did it wrong, punched a few keys and walked away. I felt silly because I still could not figure out how to get the document from my cell phone to the printer. I asked for help again and she put down her cell phone and came to help me - but she was clearly unhappy. I told her that I was sorry to be bothering her but that this was customer service. She raised her hand to my face and told me not to disrespect her. After she left, the printer had an error message and so I had to ask for help a third time. She told the other associate (Nicole) to help me. Nicole was very helpful and I was able to get my job done fairly quickly after that. I don't understand why the other employee had such a negative demeanor - I really felt like I had done something wrong by asking her to help me use the service that they are providing.

Agree with other comments. Went in to ask them to please wrap + mail a 12 x 24 x 3 painting. Sullen + hostile staff. When I told them box size I wanted, she said she was boss. But it was my package. I left, wrapped + sent package via post office + for fraction of cost. Never again for this store.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in Saturday (1 hour before closing) for a SIMPLE print job. 2 copies of a 11x17 design on card stock, would take 10 mins max. When I entered, the lady was scrolling through her phone, didn't even greet me and just said "What do you need? " I explained what I needed and she begrudgingly went and got the paper and etc. When the print came out a little cut off on the sides, I told her to please just fit to page. I am a graphic designer so I know how to deal with printers. "Fit To Page" is a simple toggle on the settings. She said "I can't do that, I will have to print it on poster paper and that will 2 hours"? I just left.

I went to the K St Fedex location immediately and the difference in service was NIGHT AND DAY. The friendly guy printed my design on 12x18 card stock and I cut it down to 11x17. I was in and out in 10 minutes!
