I had a fantastic experience at this place earlier- went in for printing and was dealt with quickly and effiently. Great customer service

Worse customer service ever! Referred me to another location but couldn't tell me the address and wouldn't bother to look it up for me (new in town). Absolutely horrible manager as well!

I was having a rough go with my appointment nearby at the DMV. The folks here brightened up my day by helping me get a form quickly printed off AND we shared some laughs the whole time. Glad to see spirits are high and the staff here was friendly and helpful.

Not enough staff on hand and they don’t seem to pay attention if anyone is line. Also, $15 per passport photo? Insane.

NOWSHIP uses the Kubox Trunk for small long distance and international moves with FedEx as our transport company. A recent Georgetown University graduate needed to move onto their new job. He booked a few kubox trunks door to door because he recognized that the trunk was the safest way to move and keeping what he valued safe. NOWSHIP collected his packed trunks, and then dropped off his move at this FedEx Office location to begin the journey to Seattle.

Since our driver was able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes because of this FedEx Office Team's processing. We were able to help more customers. Thank you so much!

The FedEx team at 3329 M St NW are fantastic! Heather (the manager) runs a wonderful group and has been incredibly helpful to me on numerous occasions. Christy has gotten me out of a bad shipping jam I had gotten myself into. Chanel has also been helpful. Barbara is a true all star. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on all things fedex and is reliable and dependable, but she also is an incredibly lovely person with amazing customer service skills!

It says it’s open from 8: 00 to 6: 00 on Saturday, but that’s false because when you get here, there’s a sign on the door reading, “Will return in 15 minutes. ” Of course, it turns out to be much longer than 15 minutes, and you have to leave before they “open. ” Poorly operated. Staffed by and managed by a rank imbecile.

We have used this store several times with great results. We have a daughter at Georgetown. Even though she lives much closer to a UPS, we find this store much more helpful whether it is mailing work or shipping her stuff somewhere for the summer.

I was a student intern staying at Georgetown Univeristy and needed stuff shipped back home after my stay was coming to a close. I arrived around 9: 00 pm and they were very helpful. The staff was friendly and gave me an estimate that my package would arrive back home by Friday when I was shipping it Monday night and it did! It was simply customer service but very efficient. This is was an honest opinion and review based on my experience.

The women on the phone named Chanel has terrible attitude. After calling 5 Fedex Stores in the D. C area, they all have an attitude. Only the stores in D. C though. I wonder what it is

Convenient quick one stop solution for your print needs. It would be much better if one can share pictures via mobile/email instead of having to carry a pendrive or a disc
