4This is a joke of a company. They shouldn't even be in business. And how companies like Walmart use them is mind boggling. Waiting on backround check for a Low level position and it's been over a month. And I know there is nothing on my backround that will effect a job.they've given me two eta dates 2 weeks apart. Frustrated to not be working during holiday season when I should have started a month ago.
They are not worth 1 star. Worst customer service. It takes forever for them to respond to your inquiries and never have a concrete answer. Stay away from this service!
Spent 2 hours playing phone tag trying to get results back, still cannot get any help. Spoke to 4 separate people and was either put back on hold or disconnected. Gave them a call back # each time and they never called. Been waiting for 2 weeks for them to even process the test. No clue what to do at this point.
Have only had terrible experiences with First Advantage. Their customer service team is unhelpful and untimely.
