Sales people (specifically Andrue Osborn) are pushy liars who contact you office and lie about getting an email from you after sending you spam messages that you never asked for. Do NOT use this company. These tactics need to stop immediately.

As a 20+ year IT professional. Be very careful trusting your data, or monitoring to frontline managed services. There is no cohesiveness among their entire staff. They go off on tangents on doing what they want to do vs what the client wants them to do. After years of attempting to find a silver lining. I discontinued using all their services I axiomatically feel safer without them having the capability of unwarranted intrusions in my network. Much better managed when it was Hilltop Consulting!
