Yoyo, Lacey, Anthony, Michael, and Brandon were amazing! Made my trip a breeze, were very responsive. Make my trip to DC a 10/10!

Loved the location (walkable to monuments, museums, and restaurants), enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, appreciated the warm afternoon chocolate chip cookies in the lobby, and the staff were awesome! Would recommend!

Good stay. Central location. Had some moments of issues with the gym (also it's a tad small) and the breakfast was not restocked past 9: 30 although it closed at 10. Would stay again though due to rooms and convenience.

I enjoyed my stay here, had a night stay at this hotel for work purposes. Its in the heart of DC, a few blocks from the white house, the World Bank HQ, a few blocks from the metro station.
The staff are super warm, fast internet and great complimentary breakfast.
Great hotel.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were very nice. They have valet parking, which is comfortable to have in the city. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast but it was good enough to start the day.
The location of the hotel is good, there are many food places around like, Panera, smoothies, and other coffee shops.

Staff uses covid as an excuse to not clean guest rooms yet none of the staff wear masks. They were rude when I first checked in giving me a room in the back facing a building ac unit and even mentioning other rooms were available but did not accommodate my request to be in a different room. Also did not mention the antiquated cleaning policy which requires you to specify you want your rooms cleaned (i thought that was what the do not disturb placard was for)

The stay was ok for 2 stars standard. Big minus is I got billing issue (card got charge for deposit amount but not posted amount). I called a manager on Jan 13 to talk, got his Email address to help me solve the problem. I sent an Email on Jan 14 and no reply back until now (Jan 23). Called the hotel/manager a couple of times, always go straight to voice inbox and heard nothing back! This is not helpful at all!

I do plan on returning to this hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The pool is enjoyable for kids and adults. The White House is very close and so are other historical sights.

Location, location, location! 2 blocks from the White House! So much delicious food options all within walking distance! Clean and spacious rooms! Staff was polite and helpful! Standard Hilton buffet breakfast - delicious and plentiful! Clean and modern facilities! Laundry room was affordable and convenient!

Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean but had a light sulphuric odor upon entering. I could also smell the morning breakfast being prepped.

Rooms and hotel was clean. Every staff person had a smile and a warm greeting. Breakfast was hot, varied and plentiful. Valet was courteous and fast. Great location and nice neighborhood!

Staff was great! Lacey from dining room helped to help with many questions we had, not just food.:)
Hotel is almost next to the White House so walking was easy. Love it!

Lacie- at the breakfast bar was very welcoming and accommodating, our kids loved chatting with her. Hotel room bathroom needed several repairs. Staff was notified. We would return- great proximity to national mall and White House.

Really good value at this hotel. I found the rooms to be comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. The ladies working at breakfast are phenomenal. The location is great. Close to the White House and the Metro. Dinner options near the hotel are lacking but the Metro can take you close to whatever you’re looking for. Also save $ by not parking at the hotel. Reserve parking somewhere else through a parking app and take the Metro to the hotel, thank me later.
