I love that no one can enter the building without having a key or being let in by the staff. I feel so safe here. To top it off, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Also, the breakfast is amazing and the coffee is hot all day and night long.

Don't ever come to this hotel. The hotel cancelled all of our booking for 3 nights even though we already paid FULL in advance. Just because we didn't show up on the first day. And the receptionist asked us to pay again for the last 2 nights.
Not only Mike the receptionist was horrible, even the General Manager (Adrian Bascom). He was angry at us when we called him at 10 pm asking for help. Then Mike chased us out threatening to call the police because we called the GM! But we as a paying customer waited for them since 8 pm - 12 am outside, snowing and with a little kid. Seriously?
Traveloka (travelscape LLC) our online booking service had tried to email and call them many times. But they refused to answer.
In the end, they took our money from 2nd to 5th Jan. The GM slept as peacefully as a baby, taking our money. And we have no place to stay so we find other hotel to stay.
You dont even deserve 0 star! Very disappointing as it is BY HILTON! Remember karma.

If I could give this hotel a lower rating than it would still be doing this place a favor by how poorly they treat their guests here.

First off, I was added as a guest for the room because my girlfriend paid for the room since it was my birthday. When we initially checked in, the front desk associate was treating me as if I didn't belong there because my name was not on the card on file, even though I was added as the attended guest. In this particular instance, the gentleman working the front desk was very dismissive towards any questions I had and would only speak to my girlfriend since her name was the one associated to the card on file. Once my girlfriend finally checked in, he was very supportive with her when she asked the same questions I had asked him prior. Moving along, towards the end of the night, we finally arrived back at your hotel and headed towards our room. I usually see complimentary cups in a hotel room either in the bathroom or on the corner desk located in the rooms, but none were visible. I kindly called the front desk (same gentleman from earlier) and asked if there were any complimentary cups available in the rooms. The front desk associate then rudely instructed me "There at the front lobby, come down here and get them". I never been told to come down to the lobby in order to get supplies at the hotels I stay, especially not at a Hampton Suite location. Usually the front desk associate would call room service and have them delivered, but not in this case. As soon as I get to the lobby, the same gentleman is sitting down at the guest table watching ESPN and immediately told me "The cups are right here, go around the side and they're right there as well, it is as bright as day" as he was chuckling in a arrogant tone trying to insult my intelligence. His mannerisms spoke volumes, as he had an attitude that I messed up his television episode. When I could finally speak, I informed the gentleman "Usually there are cups in the room, that is all I was asking for. What is the reasoning for this behavior? ". He then quickly assumed I had an attitude with him and said "Oh you got an attitude, huh, I am not the one! Don't think just because I am working I won't do nothing to you! ". I then walked towards the elevator as I did not want this issue to escalate any further. As I was walking and getting inside the elevator, then gentleman kept talking saying "Go back up to your room, I am not the one". I never been so rudely treated at a hotel in my entire life, none the less, I have never felt threatened by an employee at any type of establishment in all my life. I hold myself to great accountability showing respect and manners to everyone including strangers, this by far was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel.

But wait, it doesn't end there.

The next morning during check out, there was a different gentleman working the front desk. This gentleman was busy checking every guest out at the check out time of 12 PM. Me and my girlfriend valet our vehicle during our stay and were able to check out successfully at 12 PM providing the gentleman with our valet ticket, he informed us it will take 10 mins. As we waiting patiently for 10 mins, the gentleman was still attending to guest as they were checking out as well. The time was then 12: 20 and the gentleman was standing behind the front desk on the computer not attending to any guests. As we waited longer, we thought that maybe he messaged someone from the computer to valet our vehicle to the front since we did not hear him call anyone. We allow 15 additional minutes later (12: 35 PM) while the front desk associate was still unoccupied with guest before I approached him asking if our vehicle is ready in the front yet. He then asked for our valet ticket again, then immediately came from behind the desk and went straight into the garage to retrieve our vehicle.

The worst stay I have ever had at a hotel and I would never recommend for anyone to stay here!

Hello ok I can tell you this, since the pandemic, along with a non life threatening diagnosis I received, I haven't slept properly in 2+ years, but on Christmas night after an exhilarating Christmas church service then dining in one of the neighboring restaurants.coming back to the room and showering in the clean modern spa- like bathroom, I rested in the most comfortable king size bed with one of the largest flat screen TV's in front of me watching me sleep because I fell asleep as soon as sprawled out in the bed and it was only 5pm. I woke up totally refreshed with a new out look on life.thanks to the rest I received from my stay at the Hampton Inn. Miss Angie 2021 Xmas.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed.

Great accommodations and friendly staff. Directs you to excellent restaurants in the area. Makes you feel cared for.

This is a great hotel to stay in. Employees are friendly, check in was easy, hotel and room was very clean and their complimentary breakfast was very, very good. This was our first stay at Hampton Inn, but will always be our first choice in the future.

My wife and I had a king suite, 1201, and it was clean, spacious and nice!

All staff and guests were required to were mask. I liked at breakfast how you had to put on plastic gloves before serving yourself. The kitchen staff were on it!

You had to have a hotel room key to use elevators.nice security measure for street loiterers. Valet service is a nice feature. I recommend guest purchase the "stay and park" bundle. Or you'll be paying like $50 a night to park at hotel. And you don't to be parking overnight on random streets in the city. Hotel is in the middle of the city, I would stay again and recommend this location by Hampton by Hilton to anyone.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and action to prevent spreading of covid-19 was excellent! We did not receive any housekeeping the 3 days we were there. Terrible noisy ac. We had do change room because of the noise. The ac in the second room we've got was less noisy but still quite loud. The

Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Would have given 4 stars due to the Hispanic ladies managing the breakfast and doing house cleaning but the front desk is rude and lousy.

Easy booking, easy check-in, courteous valet, friendly & competent staff, clean & comfortable rooms, nice view of city, great location to Chinatown/Gallery Place, walking distance to many restaurants, stores, metro, etc.basic breakfast, but all around great experience and stay. We will be back!

Good hotel. Well located. Excellent service in the breafast room. Breakfast itself is actually very bad. Our room had not hot water and there was no way to have it fixed. I got a cold in the end of November.

Comfortable room and in a good location, but very understaffed at the front desk, with long waits for any front desk interaction, including valet parking and checking/picking up bags. The heater in the room was also very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep with the heater running.

Two stars for location in the heart of everything and for the free, hot breakfast with awesome kitchen staff.
If you don't plan to sleep much and just need a base camp to shower and change clothes OR if you want to get a gang together to party and wild out, stay here. Otherwise, don't. You've been warned. We got no sleep here.
Very noisy and unruly guests in the hallway all day and night, talking and slamming doors.
Our first room smelled like an ash tray and we saw a big roach in there so promptly came back downstairs for an exchange. The second room was better smelling and we saw no bugs but we found blood stains on one side of the mattress and a candy bar wrapper under the other side on the 2nd night. Not cool! We left and didn't stay for the 3rd night.

The hotel was very clean and we received a warm welcome on arrival. The front desk employee was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was great and everyone wore a mask so it was comforting to know that guidelines were being followed for the safety of all guests. Staying downtown made getting around very east as so much was close to the hotel.

Overall our stay was good. We were in town for one night for a concert at the arena. Great walking distance to that and lots of other restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The heat in our room didn't work so they switched us to another room. Still had AC blowing in the hallways in December. Shower faucet was touchy. Very hard to stabilize the temperature. Breakfast was one of the tastier ones we've had at a hotel. We did see a kitchen worked snatch a utensil out of a guest's hand because the guest wasn't wearing gloves to serve herself. That could have been handled differently.
