Hard Rock Cafe reviews
13The staff here were wonderful! The Assistant Manager Sam and our waitress, Winnie, were so friendly and fun. I even got a couple extra packs of the kid crayons to take back to my classroom! Thank you!
Was there with my family earlier this week. They had two dudes playing electric guitar on stage. They were unbearable! They did not know how to play. It was like going through torture during the entire meal.
Yikes. Where to begin. First off, we walked in on a 98°F day and it felt like they only had fans on. It was so hot in there it was stifling. Our hostess brought us to our table and it was still dirty, so she wiped it down with a baby wipe. Did not feel clean. She also did not bring us menus. Our waiter was clearly upset because he was forced to stay to cover for another served who was late, so that was a bit uncomfortable. He also forced my friend into ordering something she didn't want because he didn't want to put in an order for a caesar salad subbed with salmon instead of chicken? It was very weird. After we waited for 20 minutes and still hadn't even gotten our drinks or been approached by any staff, we just got up and left. Can't speak on the food here because we didn't even get that far. Disappointing; typically Hard Rock Cafes are better than this.
Winnie was amazing. Great service we are very pleased with everything and everyone at DC Hard Rock Cafe
We were visiting DC all the way from south Florida and I have to say we enjoyed our experience in the Hard Rock Cafe! Our waitress was fantastic and made me and my kids feel very welcomed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere wasn’t loud at all. I definitely recommend eating here when you are in the area. I loved that it was also located next to Fords Theatre.
The food was a real disappointment. I ordered the ribeye ($40). Clearly the cut of beef that I received was NOT a ribeye, and it was overcooked. The manager ordered another steak for me, but it was essentially the same. Very disappointing.
We’ve visited lots of Hard Rock Cafes all over the world but this was our first bad experience. To start with the positive things: our waitress was friendly and tried to give us a good time. Those were all the positives I’m afraid… The food was far worse than we’re used to in this chain. The meat was dry and baked too long and the fries were way too soft…
But the number one reason we had a lousy time here was the music. When I visit a Hard Rock Cafe I expect to hear mostly rock music from the 70’s to the 00’s. But they played mostly dance and house music with awful songs. If that wasn’t bad enough the music volume was ridiculously high. It maxed out at 86 dB! FYI: such a volume is a health risk. We couldn’t hear each other anymore and we sat with fingers in our ears most of the time. I asked if the volume could be turned down a notch but that wasn’t going to happen. It was like eating at a very bad concert in the pit. We finished as soon as possible and fled away. The staff of this restaurant is exposing the customers AND waiters to a dangerous music volume. When we left our ears were actually ringing from the noise and as I write this back home I still have a beep in my ears…
Had a great dinner after a long day of sightseeing. The food was delicious and the service was amazing.
Good experience. It is advisable to reserve. The menu is ok and some classics have been lost. Memorabilia has apparently ceased to be relevant.
We visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Washington D. C. Simeon was our server and by far had the best dinning experience ever! Simeon and he’s partner rocked the service! They were attentive and took care of every guest not shying away from taking new tables, even tho they where the only two server’s upstairs. Totally recommend this place!
Winnie is the absolute best! Sweet, cheery and had some great suggestions for the food. Fun first experience at Hard Rock cafe!
Super friendly staff.amazing burgers. This is our 2nd hard rock location and this was (Compaired to SC) was so much better. Highly recommend since location is perfect and easy to get to if you use the metro/bus.
