Just enjoy, coming here alway's find what Im looking for clean store, clean bathrooms, good customer service. Plus, this store have security so, I feel safe

Harris teeters never carries Newport 100s. I don't know if this is a way to keep African Americans out of their store. Very disturbing to me when I see a lot of Europeans find Newports.

Not sure if its due to supply chain issues, but common items I find in other Teeters are not stocked here. Hard to find any whole spices (Cinnamon sticks. Cardamom pods, etc.) Don't love the layout. Produce has been good as well as their butcher.

My first time here. Great help and service from two of the store clerks! I would definitely come back.

Not a great experience at this store. One day they had zero baskets available. Usually I’d say they have about 10 and the only place to find them are near the self-checkout lines. Meanwhile, lots of employees just hanging around the customer service desk and chatting. God forbid someone has to move the baskets to the door for customers to grab when they enter the store. The times I’ve needed to speak to an employee they usually have an attitude that you are bothering them. Produce area usually has boxes and trash all over. Often rotten fruit like strawberries and pineapples. This store was nice the first week it opened but it never maintained being appealing. Seems like better management could fix the problems.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by a brother name Charles that worked at the self check out area…. I was trying to purchase some cream cheese for my girlfriend to make some banana pudding for the kids but left my wallet. So all I had was Apple Pay but come to find out Harris Teeter does not take any form of digital pay from your phone… So I proceeded to give the brother Charles my item an was about to leave… He said “wait” and just paid for the item out of his own pocket. … I offer to cash app, Apple Pay all of that to no avail…. He just said “Just keep doing what you doing that’s all I want” This brother was the perfect example of going above and beyond especially in the crazy times where in… I salut this brother for his kindness and will paying it forward… To Harris Teeter Charles is a great representation of the quality and genuine care the people that work for your company give to the community……

Poor customer service.nonchalant I don't care manager attitude.came in in the evening bought a steak dinner got outside realize it was still undone with blood all dripping out of it.went back in asked if they have a microwave.manji claims the bakery is the only place with a microwave and his industrial so I couldn't use it or he couldn't eat the food up to make it done.didn't offer to let me use the employee microwave.just had a attitude like well you got the food it don't matter.but it will matter because I would never go back there and buy anything again.yes I bought that food but I won't be buying anything else from that store.

Love the prices and service here. The butcher working this morning (10/15) in the meat section deserves a raise or a promotion! There was no pork shoulder in the case so he went in the back and found one, deboned, weighed, and repacked it for me in no time at all. A true MVP

This store is nice and clean and has a FANTASTIC seafood counter, but overall product selections are limited and it's crazy expensive. I only go here when I'm desperate.

Ultimately it comes down to the quality of the food and here it was absolutely awful. I stopped by to get some things for a quick lunch - a breakfast sandwich (edible, but not great), a chicken salad on a croissant (surprisingly good) Mac and cheese (how do you make a Mac and cheese without any flavor?) and the BBQ pulled chicken which was absolutely horrible. I have no idea what happened to that chicken but it was slimy and had a very strange taste - it went straight into the trash as the HT was too far away to return it.

Make store management eat from the prepared section - they'll either quit or there will be a huge improvement.

On a positive note, the store was clean and well stocked and Mildred (the cashier) was a ray of light - friendly, helpful and cheery - and it was obvious that it wasn't just a facade - that's the way she is.

Bottom line - stay away from anything prepared in store and go see Mildred - who should be promoted.

What's not to love about Harris Teeter? Amazing food, great layout, lots of unusual options, always easy to buy more than I planned!

I like this supermarket overall, however, I don't care for the non- fresh produce or the meat department. Good location.

The customer service is amazing. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great store to shop in. Love this grocery store.

It's my favorite place. I live nearby and I'm there everyday. It has everything I want and I have no need to go anywhere else.

THIS HARRIS TEETERS IS ALWAYS SO BRIGHT & CLEAN WE WENT THERE FOR OUR ALL TIME FAVORITE SUBS I LOVE HOW QUIET THE STORE WAS & THE FRIENDLY WORKERS THERE.

Always good quality food and pleasant atmosphere. Very helpful attendants every single time I've been over the past month.

This grocery store chain is one of the best in our area. You can expect to see clean, bright and organized aisles at any location I've visited. Their sale prices are great. I will get an awesome bargain.

I've been to this location 3 times over the past 2 weeks and each trip the shelves were not restocked, hardly any of the sale items were available, and most of the checkout lines were closed. The underground free (with validation) parking is a definite plus, because trying to find street/curbside parking is almost non existent!

I went yesterday for the 1st time, it was clean and well stocked. I had to search a little for the nail polish remover, I had to ask one of the workers and she helped me gladly. It worth to go back there. I loved it.
