18Please do not stay in that hotel! Find some other place to stay! This was the worst experience we ever had have as we stayed there for 4 nights (end of Dec 2021) for a family vacation with our young children. We stayed there for 4 nights and we got horrible Services rather NO services at all. They did not offer room services, as I understand due to the COVID situation they would not offer everyday room service, but they mentioned if we ask for room cleaning they would. Since we had our two young children with us, we requested at least one room service during our entire stay! They did not provide any room service though, just dumped few new towels and after several request they emptied the trash cans only once. The Front desk lady was very rude! We had to keep requesting for coffee packets, paper cups, bathroom soap. Finally the day we checked out we had to wait for more than an hour after checking out for our car as their garage door was not working! Please avoid this place if you can!
The location seemed to be perfect for a trip, but I didn't even get to stay. I called to book a hotel room and the staff on the phone was very rude. Why would I stay here if the first person I talk to is condescending and unfriendly?
No breakfast available. I have stayed at Hilton properties all over the globe and have been diamond member for several years never been so disappointed by a Hilton property as this one.
Front desk clerk was had a great personality and was very nice and helpful check-in was fast and easy hotel very nice and clean we had a great view of the city will definitely stay here again
Entrance is somewhat hidden on the cross street (22nd?) NOT on M and some trees somewhat obscure the sign whereas you can see the Hyatt sign next door from space. Look for the Valet parking sign which is in front of entrance. Good location. Overnight valet was $50 but comparable to other hotels.

The location, the close availability of restaurants, the comfort of the bed was all very good. The expense of parking was quite high.
Beautiful, safe location. We went out every evening on foot and never felt unsafe. Many great food options from breakfast/coffee to high end restaurants within. 3 miles. Many museums in the locale which could be walked by most. My gold membership and food credit was never brought up nor used. That is generally something that the front desk discusses with you at your arrival. Overall, I would return
Our stay at this hotel was terrible. There is a very foul smell throughout the hotel, it smells like we are in a land field and like a sewer has broke. When I asked the front desk about it, they told us that they are still trying to solve this problem and from the looks of it, it’s been going for months. The manager was very rude to us when we asked about this situation. We will never stay at this hotel again.
Good hotel. Confusing to find the entrance and parking as you first park. Underground valet parking only. No breakfast but there is a nice independent restaurant on first floor.
The hotel is in a great location, near to monuments and restaurants. It was ckean, updated and quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will stay again.
The location is very great. Bot the problem there no parking for consumers at hotel, also you need walk so far to fined parking St.

Where do I begin. They only had valet parking which was too exspensive, we had to get our own towels because room service never came to til way later in the afternoon and when they did bring us some (after we already got it ourselves) some had black spots all over them just like my pillow cases which you can see in the picture I took and didnt realize I had been sleeping on until my last night. It looked like old mold stains. Then the bed was sooo low and uncomfortable. It was like we were laying on the bed boards the whole time, no cushion was so ever and it was so loud everytime you moved, the carpet smelled like they hadn't been shampooed in a while, the toilet barely flushed so you had to flush like 5 times to get it to go down (ugh!) and last the chair they had next to the bed had some kind of stuff on it that looked like possible bodily fluids if you get me. I dont care how you book the room it should always be spotless as possible. Anyway never going back.
App check-in and digital key does not work properly. Thermostat in room was broken. Curtain controls were broken leaving them stuck in place.
We had an alright stay at the Hilton. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean but it's an old hotel and looks a little bit outdated.
My only concern was that the shower water was not hot at all, I would have appreciated a nice hot shower because we were in the city on a cold night.
Nice staff nice place me and wife came to Buccaneers game which we lost but the experience was awesome. Mr Stokes my man I appreciate everything you and your staff, Osaka was the best when I arrived my room wasn't available so she upgraded my room thanks.

Hotel is very clean, service just ok.nothing special.didn't appreciate the $60 a night charge that will be refunded 3-5 days after you check out in case there are damages? What's that about. I am an honors member and didn't appreciate that at all.you can use it for the $50 a night parking.
