House of Herbs DC

First time visiting. It was a dope venue with spaces for all creatives. We were apart of a production called breakfast for dinner where we performed with a band similar to tiny desk. It was a one of a kind event. I would recommend this place to any and everyone

This shop is amazing with a cool vibe especially JR, OG, and Choppa who were super personable and helpful. I loved the designed and they have a good selection of quality herb, and teas that won’t disappoint. I’ve been a lot of places but some of the products I’d never seen before but had to get! We’ll def be back!

Wonderful experience and just what I needed for me and my boyfriend. We will be returning soon.

The absolute best gifting experience in DC hands down! Love the aesthetics, the team members, and flower was a nice touch to the place. Will definitely go back.

I always love working with house of herbs and their projects, they will always have my support. Just recently they hosted a concert called “breakfast for dinner” this is only the beginning start of showing off DMVs greatest artist. House of herbs is not only a store front but a platform, the beginning of history to be made in dc.

First time visiting a couple weeks ago and not very impressed. The store is very clean, and the products are displayed in an appealing way, so I will definitely give them credit for having a nice shop!

My issue is with the price and quality of product. There are so many other vendors in DC with better prices, first of all. But what really got me is that the quality of the “tea” I received was significantly lower than the quality that the presented to me on the floor. I would’ve expected to pay about half the price for the product that I actually received, which is just disappointing.

The other thing that left a bad taste in my mouth is that the sales associate told me they are running a $10 off promo, but when I got to the register he and the manager both refused to honor that because it was my first time.

So, overall, it’s a clean shop with a fairly nice selection, but the prices for quality is wanting.

UPDATE: The ladies invited me back to fix the problem, and they were so kind. Duds obviously aren’t the shop’s fault. Sometimes you get a bad batch from a distributor. Thanks HOH for being my new fav tea spot.

The gummy sharks are complete duds. I feel no high at all, and I’ve tried them two nights in a row now. I’m coming off of a 3 week T-break so I really don’t get it. What a waste of $50.

I love HOH. THEY ALWAYS are nice and helpful. They have good deals going all the time. Anytime someone visits I bring them here:)

I love the aesthetic of this shop. The employees are always friendly and they have always provided me with excellent service and products. They also have a great membership program that is constantly giving out deals. I would definitely recommend trying it out

I can get a lot better product for a fraction of the price elsewhere. The place is clean and nice on the inside and the service is good but those prices are outrageous

Great service! Way way overpriced items though…. Literally $20-30 over mrkt price for small portions. The whole dropping phone at door thing was creepy too! I wouldn’t go back but service is definitely friendly

Cash only but they have an ATM! Really knowledgeable, patient and speedy staff. Storefront is even really clean following pandemic protocols and has a neat vibe to boot. As a visitor to DC I was impressed and appreciative of the selection and service.:)

Was a First time shopper stopping through on my vacation… Truly enjoyed meeting PopTart & Kat. Experience was easy & informative. Will def be stopping back by soon. Thank you for your help guidance & information. They were very helpful figuring out what I would benefit best from.

Super friendly, decent selection, a little pricier than just going to a guy, but they got overhead with the storefront so I'm happy to pay a little more to support a small business. Will be back.
