Great food, loved the south Indian flavors- very authentic. Can’t wait to come back again!

This is a lovely hidden gem in Cleveland Park! The food is very tasty - seriously, all their naan, roti, and paratha are fantastic! You'll clean the entrees off your plate and once dessert comes, you'll want to order 5 of everything, especially the cookie butter dosa!

This place is really good! A friend recommended Indique pre-pandemic and I never made it. Finally went for dinner and came back within days. It’s that good. Their house tonic cocktails are delicious and so is the Indique chicken curry. The garlic naan is just divine and the gulag jamun with mango ice cream is so rich and heavenly. It’s a small portion but you’ll want to share it. It’s a great end to a great meal. I would also recommend the kochi calamari (amazingly seasoned) and baingan bhartha eggplant dish, which gave me italian + Indian vibes. The yellow lentil dal was so homey and warm. It was real comfort food. I haven’t tried a thing here that I wouldn’t highly recommend.

I've been a customer here for a very long time and this is one of my favorite restaurants. In my opinion, this is some of the best Indian food you will find- certainly in DC and comparable to the best in the country. Besides the food, the staff is always warm and welcoming, the space is charming without being too formal and the prices are very reasonable.

We had a company lunch and needed to cater for 20-25 people. A co-worker recommend Indique and they did not disappoint. They had excellent customer service. Food was delicious and on time. Another huge PLUS was that they were kind enough to accommodate to our schedule. We did not know at first that they were only open for dinner, so the fact that they decided to have this food ready for us by noon meant a great deal to us.

We’ve been coming to Indique for years, and they recently provided a wonderful backdrop to our semi-private dinner of ~30 guests. From being flexible and thoughtful around the menu to serving our guests with care, Deepu was an exceptional partner. The food was flavorful and well-portioned. Highly recommend Indique for an intimate, easy, homegrown DC dining experience.

The manager was horrible along with the hostess running around like chicken with her head cut off.

This restaurant was a huge disappointment! The street appetizers were meh and low effort.the entrees were terrible-not authentic indian food at all.the chicken tikka indique was too watery and bland.the paneer makhani was overpowered by tomatoes.save your money and go elsewhere!

Made reservations to eat dinner here. Everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were amazing and there was a good number of choices for all different dining preferences. It was also great to have some options from different regions of India. All of the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, answering any questions we had about the food or drinks. I enthusiastically recommend Indique and look forward to dining there again.

Very good - more artistic than most indian places in the city with their presentation. The samosas to start were a very nice surprise.we got the chicken biryani and and lamb vindaloo for our mains and sag paneer and garlic naan. The garlic naan is really good and has a nice little tang that really complimented anything it was dipped in. Very impressed and can't wait to go again!

This cozy restaurant has the most hospitable hosts and delicious dishes to offer! I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful presentation of the dishes and savoured every single bite of the food ordered. I definitely recommend Samosa Chaat, Bhel Puri and Paapri Chaat to anyone looking to try flavourful Indian food. Will be returning to try the rest of the menu.

Best Indian cuisine experience ever! The spices are just on point. Every meal is an experience. You get value for your money and the presentation of their meals is exquisite. And their Saturday and sunday brunches… superb! Neat environment and amazing staff with a more amazing Manager! I’d recommend Sunday! I love Indique! ️️

A must go place for a Indian quick bites to briyanies. We tried chicken biriyani and tastes good. Bit over priced to the give quantity.

Our first try at Indique was one takeout dish was Saag Makai. When we tasted it at home we thought, these people know how to cook. We came back a couple days later when we weren’t very hungry but needed to eat. We ordered the Seasonal soup, pea-based, and the lobster and shrimp bisque. They were delicious. As was the chicken keesh, a tandoori appetizer special that day. We sat outside on a beautiful night. Since the restaurant is just above the metro, we enjoyed the Cleveland Park neighborhood. Besides the good food, though, the staff was pleasant, helpful and enjoyable to be around. We enjoyed it all so much that we ended up taking home another meal for the day after! We highly recommend Indique.
