The store is FILTHY!
I went in to use the ATM and there was an abundance of sticky traps all over, and visible MOUSE DROPPINGS!
AND IT SMELLS HORRIBLE!
J&D Market is a staple of Fairlawn in Southeast. It's a bright yellow brick bodega on the corner of Minnesota Avenue and Naylor Road Southeast. Once inside, it's pretty tight, but the shelves are filled with all the staples from pasta to water to peanut butter. The prices are more expensive than a grocery store, but not as bad as other bodegas.
Crowed I don't visit this store frequently. My regular store close early
Very reasonable prices there and the store employees are very polite
