Mr Sheldon is a con artist. He preys, via internet, on military / ex military members in distress. He wants to be paid upfront then runs off with the money after failing to do his do diligence. The DC Bar has ruled against him in arbitration over his fees and recently a DC judge agreed that he may be libel for legal malpractice - do not trust this attorney

This is all I have to say: If you want quality legal representation that cares about YOU, steer clear of David Sheldon.

The attorneys at David's firm are hands down the best. Shannon James and Corey handled my case as if it was their own and saved my career which was in jeopardy due to an angry ex wife and a vindictive CO. Shannon- You are truly a gift! He appears to care and listens but when the real work starts all he wants is more money. He becomes arrogant and rude. He was probably good early in his career but he’s lost it now and is just cruising.
Save your money and military career, find someone else. David isn’t your guy. Has been at best.
