Worst ledos i ever been too they dont have bags with handles and they dont have enough bbq sauce for wings
Placed an online order with Ledos. Somehow I Selected DC location 814 H a street NE. I forgot DC has horrible parking and couldn’t find the place so I just told them to give my order away. I ended up going back to VA annoyed. Folks pay attention to the store you select. I take full accountability for this mistake
Good pizza and the staff were very nice. The location was clean and the pizza was done fast.
My go-to pizza place for delicious gluten free or cauliflower crust pizza! The whole family enjoys their pizza, wings and other things on their menu! I order online and it's a quick and easy pickup! They are always polite and kind
It is clean and good seating. It has a soda machine and bottled drinks. They have a points club where your points get you free pizza.
The pizza is a thin crust stile and I like neapolitan style best.
I also ordered a cheese steak and it was hot and fresh. I enjoyed that most.
I look forward to trying other menu items.
Me and my daughter has been craving Ledo's, and when we found out there was one in DC now we were very excited, finally got it and very happy! We'll be going back very soon to try the meatballs and cheesy garlic bread and definitely the lasagna!
Always fast and friendly, I can always depend on them to have my food ready exactly when the website says it's supposed to be ready!
I ordered online. The cashier tells me he didn't see an online order and he'll make my order. I go to the counter several times. He states my order will be ready soon. As I'm sitting they are messing up every other order. This lady is allergic to onions. She sends her salad back and the cook just takes the onions off and sends it rgt back out. I go to the counter one last time
It's now been almost an hour. This guy proceed to give me supreme pizza with someone else name. Then. He proceeded to give me the pizza that was sitting since I came in an hour ago. The same pizza he checked and said it wasn't mine. I then ask for a refund and he tells me that I'd need to come back the next day and see a manager because he doesn't know how to do it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
It's okay, but when they first opened the sauce on pizza was out of this world delicious! Now I don't know what they did to it, but it's not good. I use to order pizza from there no less than four times a week. Now, if any maybe once a month. What happened to the sauce?
I called ahead to order, and once I arrived about five minutes later, it still took another 15 to 20 mins.for my small cheese pizza to be ready on a seemingly slower night. I finally got the pizza and it wasn't that good. It just lacked flavor and wasn't cooked well.
We put in an online order for estimated pickup at 11: 30 and it took an extra 25 minutes after we arrived at 11: 30
Complained and got no response. Terrible service
The wings were on point, but I got a gryo and the meat tasted old and it was hard. The sandwich wasn't at all warm gryo sandwiches are supposed to be warm
As a Marylander, I’ve been to Ledo’s pizza my whole life. This review is not about the pizza. It’s about the abysmal customer service of this H street location. They left my 32 week pregnant wife sitting over 30 minutes past when the pizza was due. She’s a sweet lady and when she politely asked when it would be ready, they threw up their hands at her and put on a tantrum. Ledo’s management, get a grip on this location.

I ordered a pizza yesterday. I had not been to the 8th street location in about 2 years because I always go to Georgia Ave. The pizza is always amazing from that location. The first thing I noticed is that it wasn't cut properly. It was really small pieces and others weren't cut through entirely. Next was the middle was dry, very little cheese and sauce. I would've took it back but traffic was too bad. Instead I called and spoke to the nice lady from the front. I didn't want my money back. Lidos is one of my favorite places to eat so please retrain the cook. We had to throw the pizza away. It was that bad.
Fast, tasty, and cheap pizza! The pizza is square though, lol. It reminds me of childhood pizza parties - hard to put my finger on it, maybe Chuck E. Cheese? Yummy - great spot for picking up dinner when you don’t want to cook, but not a date night. We did the football takeout deal with pizza, wings, and cheesy bread for $34. Great deal for pickup. Wish they did delivery though.
Got a Buffalo chicken salad. Lettuce was wilted and no provolone cheese was on it. I have had this at many other locations and it was great, don’t waste your money here.
