Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool reviews
9It is a fantastic place. The view is amazing. You can feel a very good vibe just by watching the landscape.
I love visiting the Lincoln Memorial. The reflection pool was as dirty as I have ever seen. It was fun to watch the mallard ducks and their babies.
Name says it all! Absolutely beautiful place to take a break.and reflect. Most popular movie scene spot in DC!
Abraham Lincoln was the best president to ever live. This Memorial almost lives up to what he deserves. The reflection pool was fantastic, and to see fireworks on the 4th there, was incredible.
Nothing better than creating memorials for the leaders who devoted their present for the sake of the future of a nation.
Beautiful reflecting pool with great views and a nice place to walk. There were a ton of gnats though when we went in early September, so it was hard to want to stand next to the pool and look around.
After visiting the crowded Lincoln Memorial, it is a very relaxing walk around the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. There are so many memorials surrounding this place. On one end is the Lincoln Memorial and on the other end is the WWII Memorial. On the other two sides of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool are the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and the Korean War Veterans Memorial. I highly recommend coming here.
Passing by the pool before the Lincoln memorial. Be prepared to dodge the high amount of duck poop!
Absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do justice! We went at the end of December, so there wasn't a lot of people (probably because it was soo cold), but you should definitely check it out!
