I have had Dr. Moody for several years his care approached for his patients is on point. His staff members are professional and skilled. No long waiting time with being seen, the Phlebotomy technicians for Lab work are Outstanding. I have never had a problem.
The office has an online portal to email patients with health information you can login for information and make appointments. No waiting on the phone for long periods of time.
If you call and leave a message, they will return your call, be it by phone or email. Excellent Practice.

Although he is a good doctor this office is just a mess. There is no way they dont answer the phones but if you are at the office there is always someone in front desk. It takes days (of you are lucky) to get a call back. How? Really how is a doctors office never able to answer the phones. Bills come on time though. Smh

He knows me so well! And gives me the best care!

Dr. Mustafa has been my physician since the early ’90s.
Dr. Mustafa’s intelligence, knowledge, empathy, and bedside manners have surpassed anything I could have wished to have as my primary care physician.
He has furthermore referred me to the best physicians.

Unprofessional front desk staff. Avoid.
I had a very negative experience with the man answering the phone at Dr. Mustafa's office. This man explained that he had been working for Dr. Mustafa's office "off and on" for thirty years, and that while the transfer of medical records I was inquiring about (from a previous treating physician) "could have" happened in one of his "off" periods, it "wasn't likely. " It's not the role of a receptionist to make determinations based on guesswork, and he also spoke to me in a rude tone. It was completely unprofessional, to say the least.

I also noticed that there have been many negative reviews mentioning this receptionist on Yelp. Consider this another one to add to the pile!

I had an extremely poor experience with Dr. Mustafa's office today. I have been having flu-like symptoms for 5 days. I was given a COVID test two days ago, which came back negative, but wanted to see a Doctor as my symptoms have persisted and in some parts are worse. I received a call 30 minutes ahead of my appointment saying they wanted to give me a second COVID test just to confirm. They make me wait in the lobby for 10 minutes, a nurse comes out, takes me to an alley in the back of the building (right by the dumpster) to do a rapid test. I was told to wait and someone would get me. I receive a voicemail telling me that the test results would be a little while longer. Since no one would pick up the phone, I walk up to the office, a PA comes out to inform me "you will get a call, but we can't have people in the office with flu symptoms. " Where in the world does a medical office get off saying they don't want sick people in their office.

I've known Dr. Mahmoud "Moody" Mustafa for a very long time. I can honestly say he is one of the nicest most well-informed caring physicians I have ever known. I highly recommend him. Office staff are great too.

As a healthcare provider I appreciate the communication and high quality of care I get from Dr. Mustafa. A kind of gentle staff. I can not recommend the practice enough.

While I do like Dr. Mustafa and Connor the PA, the rest of the experience is terrible. You never can get anyone on the phone or even a call back. I was on a virtual appointment call with them waiting for half an hour to even be seen by a PA. The PA saw me and then told me to wait for Dr. Mustafa, I waited an additional hour and nobody ever came back. The session dropped so I called, once again nobody answered or even responded to my voicemail. The customer service here is a major issue and reflects badly not just for the office but for Privia Health as a whole. I am seriously considering finding a new general doctor, and I recommend others to look elsewhere.

I've been going to Dr. Mustafa for years now. He is very friendly, cordial and casual. No lecturing, just the facts. After which he helps me to decide the next and best course of action.
