4The hotel setting is great and relaxing. The afternoon tea was a disappointment. We liked the services but should have served tea along with food. We had the two top priced versions of the tea meals; they were subpar and tasted store brought. Very good quality tea selections.
Beautiful hotel in a nice, quiet location. Within walking distance of the wharf. The staff was very nice. Only had a few minor problems with the whole stay. 1) Paid for early check-in, but still had to wait an hour for the room, 2) You had to call the kitchen if you wanted ice, 3) Someone from housekeeping called every morning at 9: 30 am to ask what time we wanted the room made up. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
Michael Deltette and Diandra Lopez provide top rate hospitality. Staying here at the Mandarin Oriental was a wonderful, unforgettable experience. Thank you for making my sister's birthday extra special!
The Spa is amazing! Beautiful resort and exceptional service, perfect location for a staycation. Close to everything, centrally located so we avoided much traffic and valet parking was a definite plus. Definitely recommending to friends!
