McDonald's, Washington DC

Went through the drive-thru to get breakfast but like most McDonald's they sell breakfast all day long this one stopped at 11: 00 so we had to get lunch the guy that took our order in the drive he was extremely nice and very professional with good customer service

Terrible customer service.didn't give us what we need like ketchup and straws and got an attitude when we asked for it. Being smart he gave us two packs of ketchup for two people's food smh

McDonald's is about to go out of business. First of all McDonald's is too unhealthy to be charging $17 for 20nuggets and fries. I remember the price use to be like $8.50 I'll stick to Popeye's, at least they chicken taste better and price is more reasonable. Not rating just for this McDonald's, but every McDonald's too nasty to be taxing

EVERYTHING seems to be 2 dollars here. In EVERYTHING. They don't honor the regular specials like 2 breakfast sandwiches on special, they ALSO talk about people in Espanol but they don't think, "THOSE people". Can understand! Lls

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE (Drive-Thru). I went through the drive-thru for breakfast this morning around 7AM. I ordered 2 Sandwhiches and a meal. Apparently the team, including the manager, is incompetent and can not comprehend English. They messed up my order twice and when the manager helped us she got the order correct. However, gave me the corrected sandwich BURNT & expected for me to accept it.
I know this is McDonalds and people will forever go here no matter how many bad reviews: (So, just CHECK YOUR FOOD before leaving.

I requested for n20 and I was told they ve silver color and I want a bronze. I was looking at the phone and the lady said they do not have it. I was not happy at all

I have been to this McDonald's drive through probably 100 times, and I can honestly say that they have missed something in my order 99 times. It has gotten to the point where it is expected.

USED DOOR DASH AND ORDER FROM HERE TWICE. 1ST TIME 2 HAPPY MEALS AND 2 HAMBURGERS 2 LARGE FRIES ORDER CAME WITH NO HAMBURGERS. TRIED TO CALL NOBODY NEVER ANSWERS. OK COUPLE WKS LATER I ORDER PROMO USING DD 40 NUGGETS 2 LARGE FRIES. ORDER CAME WITH NO NUGGETS! HOW U ORDER 40 NUGGETS N NOT 1 NUGGET COME DONE ORDERING FROM HERE.

The Spanish people don't throw away anything. The give you cold frys the on the bottom-hot drys on top. Seariously.who does that; Spanish People. This has to stop

Awful! Wicked stares from employees including the manager. Very tense. Ladies restroom door doesn't close all the way and too close to the men's restroom making it very sketchy. Not good!

I Uber eats McDonald's and I was missing a lot of stuff, I ordered from here but usually it's a a good place. Just go there for yourself and don't get it delivered.

Do yourself a favor and park your car and go in. The drive-thru here can become a little congested.

Any McDonald's close to me especially Clarksburg is slow as can be and never in 10 yrs have i ever gotten a sandwich that was prepared rite.i only wonder what kinda people they hire.

There's always a homeless person in the womens restroom holding up one of the stalls. One of them left their trial size shampoo and wash cloth on the counter/sink area.

One of the worst Mcdonalds in DC, the service is so slow, I was in the drive-thru waiting and noticed a guy cleaning the lot, by the time I arrived at the window to receive my food, the same guy was handing me my coffee. The staff is friendly however

The workers make you feel that they don't need you to purchase and eat.they charged my friend for an item she didn't order and then didn't give it to her.they were unresponsive when my friend tried to resolve the situation. This was at the top of the list for one of the worst experience ever.they seem to be charging you not giving the item and taking the register overage at the end of the day.wow.like we need to tip them. Plus this place had no one in there during the middle of the day which is very usual, which immediately struck a nerve when we walked in.usually it is so busy you have to wait. Make you say Humm.

The Spanish workers are rude and unprofessional.and act as though they don't understand English. I give a minus -3 stars.and Mc Donald's is forcing me to give a star to post my rating. BUT LIKE I SAID. -3 STAR
