13Before I order i was told card only no ice cream no smoothies it's was 9 pm. I will not go back to this McDonald's.
I was very disappointed with the McDonald's on Minnesota Avenue NE because I purchased and ate food there but couldn't use the bathroom because the manager said it was not working. In fact, that whole section was roped off due to the illicit activity that takes place in the bathrooms! There is also a group of 15 to 25 people that sits on the wall daily in front of this McDonald's! It is terrible!
I understand some of the reviews from even my own previous experienc. My experience was different today, I had a large order with Uber eats. Whoever worked today September 6,2021. I commend you, everything was perfect, fresh and made to order! I have no clue of who this night team is but y'all deserve a raise! I had napkins and straws in my bag tho bro, this isn't your ordinary Ronald Mackie D's my kids were satisfied hell I was satisfied 10
This McDonalds is one of only a handful that remain closed to dine in and Publix c restroom access. Hate to say it but it seems the locations with high foot traffic in SE in NE are taking advantage of closures to deny their customers basic services.
I used there app to order breakfast this morning and I used the curbside service it was a long wait to receive my food and I don't think I will try try that again.
Surprisingly the Mickey Ds here is clean and the food is good if fast food is what you're looking for.
This McDonald's machine for mixed drinks is always not in service. I go to get my Caramel frappe and it is always down. The manager should be ashamed that be on duty. It's the hot season and people want cold beverages. But it is always out of service. They give you thesvrap fries, the little pieces at the bottom of the bag.
You have your restrooms closed even for paying customers. How exactly are people suppose to wash their hands before eating? Bad job McD’s!
I love McDonald's fries (when they're hot!), so anytime I see a location, instinctively I have GOT TO have some- this location is not so desirable. I suggest taking advantage of the drive-thru option.

Milkshakes not like they use to be. I'm not sure if it's the cups that they're using but I really like a milkshake and McDonald's use to have a good one.
As far as Mc Donald's goes (which is not a high bar), I found the service and overall look to be disappointing (again.not a high bar).
The service at McDonald's on Minnesota Avenue sucks it will be a while before I go there ever again
